Playa Bastian is a front-line residential site ideal for families, with 3 swimming pools, and a sandy beach only 200 metres away with no roads to cross. There are restaurants, bars, banks and shops nearby. The main part of Costa Teguise with more shops and beaches is a 10/15 minute walk away along a wide promenade. There is a regular bus service into Arrecife, and other parts of the island can be visited from there by bus. The airport is only 20 minutes away. This property unusually has two large terraces furnished with sunbeds, parasols and table and chairs, and which have the benefit of sun virtually all day.

The twin room has a large wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a table under the mirror and two bedside tables with lamps. Each bedroom has a fan and a hair dryer. There are also extra bed covers in case of chilly nights.
