Fantastic, Spacious Holiday Apartment on El Palmeral.

This spacious, self catering, first floor Apartment in privately owned gated complex, at the entrance to Costa Teguise was completed in September 2005 . It is ideal for singles, families or couples and a great base to explore the Island. The Apartment consists of two large bedrooms, a bathroom, separate superbly fitted kitchen. A utility area where the washing machine is housed. Large, spacious living and dinning area. Our Apartment also has the added feature of 2 good sized balconies, one of which overlooks a pool below. It means also that you can catch the sun from morning until night. It is furnished and decorated in a modern comfortable style throughout and is equipped with everything you may need for your holiday. Facilities on the complex include,3 swimming pools, a segregated children's pool, 2 tennis courts, convenience shop, hot food takeaway, children's play area and gardens. We also have highchair, cot, pushchair and eating equipment for young children at no extra cost.

Costa Teguise is one of the more popular resorts on the Island and is also regarded as one of the more exclusive. The nearest beach is a white sand beach cove 5 min walk from the Apartment. The main centre of Costa Teguise is 30 mins walk from the Apartment, 5mins by car. The main beach in the centre is a long sandy beach gently shelving into the sea. Great for children. There are plenty of sun beds to hire. There's a great array of shops, bars and excellent restaurants to be found catering from All Day Breakfasts to A La Carte meals. Taxis are numerous, well priced, as are the buses which run all over the Island. The Islands only Water Park and a Golf Course are behind the Complex both within walking distance. You also have the added benefit of using the facilities of a large hotel across the road. There are so many sights to see and things do on the Island, from a Camel Ride up a volcano to an under water Submarine experience, or just to relax on one of the beautiful beaches.

  • All the above rates are for the Apartment and based on four sharing. If you require extra people to stay (MAX 6) an extra charge per person per week to pay. This is for the hire of beds, utilities and the extra linen/towels. A non refundable deposit of £100.00 will secure your booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A key deposit £100.00 (cheque) will be required with your final payment. On receipt of the keys, gate fob and the property left in good working condition, I will return the cheque to you or, why not use it to book the Apartment again? DISCOUNT for stays over 2 weeks!!

Notes:

Bathroom towels and bedding are changed once a week. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. If you would like a clean, if staying for more than 1 week please let me know and I can arrange it for a small charge. Security is excellent, complex is walled with electronic gates which are operated by a fob, that you carry with you. There is a key safe on the wall so you can let yourselves in if you have late/early flight. A welcome pack will be waiting for you when you arrive. If you require anything else, then please let me know. There is a shop on the complex and a fast food takeaway. You also have the added benefit of using the facilities at the Barcello Hotel, situated across the road, evening entertainment, use of their pool, Bureau De Change, restaurant and bar. Taxi from the Airport to the Apartment will cost between 12 to 15 Euro

SECURITY and PEACE OF MIND

The complex is walled and gated with gates that open with either a key or zapper. Apartment is first floor with entrance door that can be double bolted and has a peep hole. Both patio doors and kitchen door can be double locked from inside or out. Windows also have locks. There is a digital key safe in bedroom. We have an English Manager who lives on site with his wife. They will make you very welcome and will over see your stay. This helps to add to a safe and friendly environment.

Water Park

Situated 5min from the apartment by car. (can be walked). A great day out for all the family. Sun beds to hire, lockers available. Open from 10:00am to 18:00pm.

Jameos Del Agua (Caves)

View these spectacular Caves created 3,000 years ago by the Bubbling Lava. A Tour Guide will explain to you the history of the Caves. There is also a Restaurant/Bar, a Nightclub which is built into the niches, and a Concert Hall. Enjoyable for everyone. Caves open daily 09:30 - 19:00 Bar and Restaurant 13:00 - 15:30 and 20:00 - 23:30 Tel: 928 84 80 20

Other Activities Beach activities include Banana and Ring Rides & Canoe and Jet Ski Hire. Also wind-surfing lessons are available at the main beach.

Golf Information:

Golf Costa Teguise, is a 5min drive from the Apartment. Course information: 18 Holes, par 72, Advance booking recommended, proof of handicap required, Yardage 3303. 100% better than any other Self Catering Apartment we've stayed in ~ Paul and Family stayed the 23rd Feb.
