Villa Eileen is situated in central Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. Villa Eileen is approximately a 5 minute stroll from the town's main beach, Las Cucharas, with its supermarket, bars, shops and restaurants. The villa has large split-level sun terraces with an 8 x 4 m swimming pool. The patio has a built-in barbecue and an enclosed secure dining area providing a safe environment for the little ones to play. The villa is on two levels. On the lower level is the lounge with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and stereo. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen, off which is a utility room and drying area. There is one double bedroom with two double beds and two twin bedrooms.There are two family bathrooms. On the upper level is the ensuite master bedroom with doors leading onto its own private sun terrace. There is also a separate TV room. Patio doors lead onto the balcony and roof terrace. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted in patio/balcony areas etc.

COSTA TEGUISE- The most northerly of Lanzarote's resorts. It is a new purpose-built destination and just the place for people who like a mixture of Sun,Sand,Sea , sport and Sightseeing.It boasts several golden beaches and there is something to suit everyone. You can learn to drive at the Calipso Diving School or enjoy a round of Golf at the delightful 18-hole Club de Golf de Costa Teguise. When you feel in the mood for some watery fun, the pools, chutes and slides of Ocean Park are just on your doorstep.Setting off on two wheels is a good way of getting to know the surrounding area and you can hire bikes in the resort or go on a bike safari. There are other excursions too. Costa Teguise is ideally situated for exploring both the north and south of the island. Attractions include the extraordinary Jardin de Cactus, Mirador del Rio and Cueva de Verdes. There is also a Craft Market every Friday evening in the Square. Teguise hosts a huge open-air market on a Sunday morning.
