Situated in the new luxury development of Faro Park, this beautiful villa is ideal for families who need a real holiday. Furnished with all the home comforts and furnished to a very high standard, Villa Roja provides the perfect family retreat. Villa Roja has the benefit of its own private heated pool with Roman steps. Switch on the underwater lights at dusk and enjoy a poolside barbeque and watch the sun set over the sea. The villa has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling. The living room comes equipped with TV/video and hi-fi. An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto a beautiful kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen has a full oven, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. Outside is a utility room with washing machine. Large patio doors lead out to the large terraces and heated private pool. The villa is set in 1/5 of an acre and is surrounded by a volcanic wall making it very private and safe for little ones

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour. The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
