House furnished to a very high standard, including all amenities, with fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and ceiling fans in all rooms, It has an outside terrace and small garden with dining facilities for 6 including sun loungers. We have provided beach /pool towels as well! A bright and clean white walled building with dark wood finish it is a little bit of luxury for your holiday in the sun. Step out of the front door into the pool or 5 minutes to the sea. For those of you with a car there is a private parking space. House fitted with a safe for your peace of mind.

Notes to the rental rates

• The prices above are based on up to 4 sharing, for any additional people please add £50 per person per week, up to a MAXIMUM OF 6. Long term rentals are negotiable and we also offer a 10% discount on all bookings of 2 or more weeks. Rentals are from Thursday to Thursday (but we can be flexible if the apartment is available)
  A deposit of £100 will secure your booking, which is non refundable if you cancel within 8 weeks of your arrival date. Full payment is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, unless it is a last minute booking!

Our recommended restaurants

Arrista - Playa Blanca seafront, fantastic lively Italian with stunning sea views, run by 4 typical Italian men!!! Food to die for. Children always welcome. Bodegon - Las Tapas on the sea front in Playa Blanca, the most fantastic authentic Spanish tapas on the sea front watching the ferries go in and out, I personally recommend you have the plate of Spanish ham (and do not share it!!) Jasmine Chinese, Playa Blanca, excellent value for money and too much to eat but a high standard. Aromas - set back in Playa Blanca a little more expensive than most and upmarket but the food is served beautifully and tastes that will tantalize any tongue into a frenzy. If you really do want up-market restaurants then check out the new Marina where you can dine on the terrace and the cuisine is excellent. La Casa Roja, La Giralda and El Bodegon de Mano are our favourites.

Activities

Ferry-catch the ferry to Fuertuventura and see another Canary island only 16 minutes away Scuba diving - learn to scuba dive in the fantastic sea on the south tip of lanzarote with the sun on your back.
