Absolutely stunning villa, built into the mountainside on the edge of the National Park. This modern villa has spectacular panoramic views over the island and towards Fuerteventura. The villa benefits from three sun terraces providing superb space and its own private heated (winter months only) pool. Conil is a rural village above Puerto del Carmen, and is within easy access of all the main tourist attractions on the island, whilst providing you with a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A perfect location for a truly relaxing Lanzarote holiday.

Conil is a lovely rural village set high in the mountains above Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the delightful beaches provided there. It is a 20 minute drive to the South where there are also wonderful beaches for you to enjoy. Conil is a central location and therefore provides you with access to all the areas on the island and the tourist attractions that Lanzarote has to offer. There are many restaurants and bars within easy reach. A car is necessary for this holiday, and always advisable when going to Lanzarote as there are so many wonderful areas for you to explore.

Situation: The villa is situated on the edge of the Timanfaya National Park and offers you the chance to experience a true Lanzarote holiday away from all the busy tourist areas and is within easy reach of the whole island and its wonderful beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions. For those wishing to explore the island El Olivo is a perfect base and the panoramic views are truly superb. Please note that occupation of the villa is after 2.00 p.m. unless otherwise arranged witht he owners, and please vacate the villa by 10.00 a.m. on your departure day unless previously arranged with the owners.

Restaurants\beaches and fun: Conil is situated just above the local Town of Tias which is a wonderful centre with supermarket, tapas bars, local restaurants and shops. The villa is only a ten minute drive to Puerto del Carmen with its superb beaches and shopping and 30 minutes from Playa Blanca in the South from where you can take a ferry to Fuerteventura. Take a map out with you and discover the beauty of this lovely island and its unusual landscapes. Don't forget to take your camera.

Montana Bermejo: El Olivo is situated on the side of Montana Bermejo and if you drive to La Geria, which is behind the villa you will discover the wine region with all the Bodegas and a trip around these is a wonderful experience. Taste some local wines and take some home with you. They are absolutely superb.
