The villa is on two levels. On the lower level there is a split level Lounge and Dinning room, with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the garden and pool area. There is a separate TV lounge. On this level there is also a Twin Bedroom and a Children’s Bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a Bathroom with toilet and basin. On the upper level there is an impressive Master Bedroom, with a Balcony looking over the pool and Sea views. There is a Twin Bedroom and a Single Bedroom with pullout bed. This room also has its own Balcony. The family Bathroom is also on this level. Also provided are 2 digital TV, DVD, CD, and a Safe. There is also a fully equipped Kitchen. The Swimming Pool is heated during the winter months. There is also a large built in Barbeque with built-in sink.

COSTA TEGUISE- The most northerly of Lanzarote's resorts. It is a new purpose-built destination and just the place for people who like a mixture of Sun, Sand, Sea , sport and Sightseeing. It boasts several golden beaches and there is something to suit everyone. You can learn to drive at the Calipso Diving School or enjoy a round of Golf at the delightful 18-hole Club de Golf de Costa Teguise. When you feel in the mood for some watery fun, the pools, chutes and slides of Ocean Park are just on your doorstep. Setting off on two wheels is a good way of getting to know the surrounding area and you can hire bikes in the resort or go on a bike safari. There are other excursions too. Costa Teguise is ideally situated for exploring both the north and south of the island. Attractions include the extraordinary Jardin de Cactus, Mirador del Rio and Cueva de Verdes. There is also a Craft Market every Friday evening in the Square. Teguise hosts a huge open-air market on a Sunday morning.
