Villas Ventura is a development of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday villas each with a private pool, located 10 minutes walk from Las Cucharas beach in Costa Teguise, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars and just 5 mins drive to Teguise Golf Course. The villas consist of entrance lobby, split level sitting and dining area with satellite T.V, master bedroom-ensuite, two guest bedrooms, fully fitted guest bathroom and an individual kitchen area with fridge freezer,oven, hob, microwave, iron etc.There is an outside laundry area with a washing machine.Double doors lead from the sitting area to the sun terrace which has sun loungers and patio chairs and a table, along with a b-b-q for some out-door cooking.The villas all have there own individual parking space. All villas are furnished to a good standard, and can comfortably accommodate six adults.

The resort of Costa Teguise centres itself around the beautiful white sandy beach of Playa Las Cucharas, which is only 10 minutes walk from the villas. There is a plentiful selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the resort , and on Friday evenings, the weekly market can be found in the Puebleo Marinero. The market usually runs from 6 to 10 in the evenings, and there are lots of local arts and crafts for you to spend your money on!!. Also in Costa Teguise, is the lovely Costa Teguise Golf Course. This is established over 20 years, and is proven to be a challenging and enjoyable course. For the children and 'young at heart', the islands only water park is also found here in Costa Teguise. This is a great family days out, and you will be ready to relax and chill by your own private pool when the day is over. Costa Teguise is located about 15 minute drive form the airport, and is a great location to explore the island from.

the villa was fantastic kids loved the pool. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need . Location excellent for going everywhere. had one of our best ever holidays. wish we were back there now(english weather not so good!!!!)

My wife and I stayed for a week in February 2009 mainly to get away from the UK winter and to get some sun. The villa is in a good location - very quiet but not far from the resort activities. 10 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, but more like 20 mins from the beach / main restaurant and bar area. Certainly a 20 mins pleasant walk back up the hill from the centre at the end of the evenings! Our 4th visit to Costa Teguise - in our opinion the best part of the island - including good beaches and lots of good quality restaurants. We would certainly stay at the villa again, and have already recommended to friends. Spacious, spotlessly clean, excellent quality furnishings and fittings. Pool area is really nice - very private and secluded with 2 to 3 metre walls around and a nice cactus garden. There's also a BBQ (charcoal) which doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere. Weather was a bit mixed when we were there, but the usual 20 C with at least 5 hours sun each day.

Villa was lovely, very central and within walking distance of some bars & restaurants.
Heated pool was great as it wasn't too deep ( 0.8m - 1.5m) . Best feature of pool area was privacy as surrounding walls were 6ft high.
Extra TV & Satellite in main bedroom was a plus as was dishwasher.
Enjoyed the food and live entertainment in Mexican restaurant on seafornt at Las Cucharas complex . Would also recommend the Portofino restaurant for perfect pizzas, according to my 13 year old pizza expert!

Loved it! Spotlessly clean - all you could need for a fantastic holiday. All kitted out. Pool was brilliant, the kids loved it - heated as we had requested. The villa was great - lots of room. Very private, yet only 10 min walk to bars/restaurants, shops. Lovely welcome pack on arrival and maintenance person only around the corner if there was any problems/requests- which we hadn't. I asked the lady who we booked the villa off about the area/things to do and she was very helpful and emailed me info before we left - she told me that a folder with area info etc is being placed in the villa soon. Costa Teguise has a lovely beach, nice and safe and very clean. Another plus is that it is only 10 mins drive from the airport. We found it to be very relaxed, no one pestering Spent many lunchtimes and evenings in Hennessys, their food and welcome was second to none. We have already booked this villa for next year!

The villa was fantastic, good sized rooms, kitchen had everything you needed, clean and fresh. Good sized patio with 6 sunbeds, great for sunbathing. Pool was sometimes cold, thought we paid for heated pool and the day that we left, heating was turned on for next guests, a bit dissapointed. When we arrived, a nice surprise, wine, milk, juice, tea and sugar. Would have been nice if there was a welcome pack with information on area etc, friends have stayed in villa's and had this info.
Only a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants, a quiet resort, with no PR's tryimg to entice you into their bars/restaurants, qhich was great!!!
