Self catering Luxury detached 3 bed villa with 2 bathrooms- 7 persons plus child

Luxury 3 bed detached villas each with 6 by 4 meter heated swimming pool and new heater, and large walled terrace with pergola, barbecue and loungers with mattresses. This villa could accommodate 8 persons so 2 families could use it at once. The large lounge diner features exceptionally bright relaxing accommodation with flat screen’ TV and Sky 6mix package available. The master bedroom has a 5 ft double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other 2 rooms share another bathroom with large circular walk in shower. One bedroom has 3 bed option. The kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer and microwave a. A separate utility is equipped with a washing machine and dr, It is conveniently located within 5 minute walk of a supermarket and 10 minutes to Las Cucharas A car is recommended to enjoy the attractive island. Carina is an end villa so has very large terrace and. welcome package can be made available with free transfer. Also dongle for Internet can be arranged.

Luxury 3 bed villa for 7 persons and one child with a 6 by 4 meter heated swimming pool and large private terrace with pergola, loungers and mattresses with variety of sun and shade. The master bedroom has king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other rooms one with 3 beds and one with twin beds share another bathroom with large walk in shower. The kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer and microwave. A separate utility is equipped with washing machine. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of a supermarket and 10 minutes to Las Cucharas and Playa Bastian beaches. Isla De Lobo is reached by taking a left turn from main road at Ficus apartments and then an immediate right. A car while not essential is recommended to enjoy attractive island.

    Villa Carina can accommodate 8 people in total in beds and also have a cot and high chair. inquire for the prices for week you require. prices quoted are as laid out in pricing details. An extra £50 - 60 per person for additional persons please apply for 2/3 -6 week booking - all inquiries considered. 2 persons from £415 per week 10/12 day bookings welcome. Any day changeover low season. Villa availability is from 1 pm on arrival day to 10 AM on departure day unless other arrangement made. Where possible it may be possible to reserve an extra day when you have a late return flight. I can give email contact for a person who organizes a welcome package with luggage storage also and airport transfer but separate from this pricing list. we can accommodate 6 people at dining table and 5persons on lounge sofas.
  • Carina and have flat screen TV satellite with channel 4 and ITV and channel 5 and kids channels, CNBC, CNN sky news and pool heat to 28 degrees in the price. Peak weeks £750 for 4 persons. 850pounds 6/7 Low season weeks from £430 for 2 persons. Available during 2012 dongle available separately at 15 Euro per week 100pounds deposit for security required with the final payment which will be refundable provided no damage is done.
  • It is best to arrange flights which arrive from 11.30 to 4pm as you get best use from villa that way as priority is given to guests arriving. If you arrive before villa is ready you may leave in your cases and change and come back when ready late departures may be arranged if available. It is better to get early flights out and back as gives more time at villa. A welcome package with transfers may be arranged separately for which we can give contact email. Nearest supermarket 0.2 km and beach 500meters.

Friends on holiday

My friend and I wanted a relaxing holiday where we were able to just what we wanted for a change. The villa Marie met this need. we were close enough to the shops, bars and beach for a lazy walk but on the days we didn't want to leave the villa the facilities in it were more than enough for cooking etc. The pool was lovely - always warm and really well maintained. Keith and Angela were really friendly and helpful. The villa was clean and comfortable and away from any bustle. We really had a marvellous week.

Fantastic, Relaxing and Clean

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 night break. Villa Carina is in a lovely quiet location set back from the road but within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and Bars.
The villa itself is very well maintained, and has nice comfy beds and more importantly is very clean. The pool is again well maintained and lovely and warm.
We found the villa to be a real haven for relaxation.
Mary the owner was excellent to deal with. keith and Angela who look after the villa are really helpful and also do a great job on the cleaning and maintenance.
We would recommend Villa Carina.

Fantastic !!!!!

Third time at the villa carina and cannot fault the villa in anyway, The villa was clean and the house managers Angie and Keith were fantastic and there normal very helpful selves. Communication with Mary the owner was fantastic. All in all another fantastic holiday and hope to go again soon. Weather in Jan 23 degrees what more can you ask for??

Casa Maria.. 2 weeks. Family of 4.

Villa was beautiful. We were a family of 4 with a young child who loved the pool though it was more for playing in and cooling off than swimming. The kitchen had everything you could need and the comfortable lounge was lovely to relax in .. especially the reclining chair !!! We hired a car whilst staying because we had one person with walking difficulties and found the taxi firm was very unreliable.The walk to the first set of bars, restaurants and shops is about 6/7 mins an 10/15 to the beach ( we mentioned this to Angie and she complained on our behalf which was good of her). Having said that I would definatley recommend this villa to anyone who is able bodied as we really enjoyed our stay and the villa was as good, if not better than we expected. Thankyou.

Carina experience

We found the villa carina very comfortable, spacious and in excellent condition as described. Its location was perfect, close enough to an array of shops, bars and restaurants, but really peaceful.
The pool was a lifesaver from the heat with plenty of seating in sun or shade if required.
It was well maintained with plenty towels available or us, and we were well impressed with Angela's welcome service and good communication with Mary the owner
