Superb detached 3 Bedroom Villa in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
This is a superb detached villa on a well established, quiet and very well run clean complex. There are 4 pools on the complex one of which is directly behind the bungalow. One of the pools has a pool bar and there is a pool side restaurant by one of the other pools. The property itself is very well maintained and is used extensively throughout the year by its owners. Therefore it has the expected amenities such as washing machine, superbly fitted kitchen, Sound surround TV with DVD system- indeed you can view ITV and BBC! The beach is just a short 3-4 minute stroll away and superb Restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. The property is very close to a Taxi Rank and local Bus service so a car is certainly not needed- the airport is a 15 minute Taxi ride away at a typical cost of around 15 Euros.
