Lovely Villa with private heated pool, 6min walk to the seafront

This sunny, spacious villa is of excellent quality and offers perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. It has three attractive bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master double has an ensuite bathroom, safe and hairdryer and the two twin rooms share a full shower room. A cot, highchair and extra beds are available. The spacious lounge , newly refurbished, has a stepped dining area with winter heater, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player and radio with patio doors leading to the terrace with patio furniture. The large garden surrounding the heated pool, with calorex heating at all times at no extra charge, is private with high walls and has sun loungers with cushions, dining table with 6 chairs and cushions and a barbeque. The well-equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher & microwave .Adjacent there is a walled laundry area with washing-machine. .Towels are changed twice a week and linen weekly. Guests are provided with beach towels.

Villa Victoria is in an ideal quiet location with a local shop just down the road for the delicious fresh bread in the morning. A further 4 minutes will bring you to a range of bars and restaurants and choice of 2 supermarkets. Within a 10 minute stroll is Las Cucharas, the golden beach and the many seafront restaurants and shops while a walk along the attractive promenade brings you to the busier part of Costa Tequise with its weekly small market in the square. A car is not necessary, although the villa has a driveway with parking for 2 cars, and if you do not wish to hire a car there are efficient local buses, numerous taxis and varied tours to the interesting places on the island. The golf course and waterpark are both 5 minutes drive away.

Local activities surfing, sailing, fishing, wind-surfing, mountain biking, swimming, cycling, horse riding, water skiing, diving, golf, tennis, walking

We are a family of four with two extremely active boys of six and thirteen on our first vist to Lanzarote. The Villa was exactly as it was discribed on the website, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The attention to detail was astonishing, nothing has been overlooked, the "fully equiped kitchen" is exactly that, you could cater for an army if needed, Hair Dryers in all the bedrooms and Beach Towels changed once a week also had my Wife cooing. The outside matched inside, oodles of space for lounging, eating and drinking with all the chairs, loungers, tables and BBQ needed for wonderful outside living. The heated pool was a massive hit, with the temp at a constant 26 deg. even my wife took off her crinolins to take the waters for the first time since they did away with beach huts! The Villa matched what we found in the rest of Costa Teguise, lovely beach, some excellant restaurants if you take the time to look, and a fantastic place to Windsurf safely. We had a great stay and are looking forward to going again next year, would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
