Stunning luxury 4 bed villa-pool/play area - luxuriously appointed throughout and is set in an exclusive close of private villas, the outstanding position means there is no need for car hire, minutes from bars and restaurants at Playa Bastian and only 1-75 km from centre of Costa Teguise (15 min stroll along a lovely beach promenade). The villa is ideal for large families or groups looking for that extra luxury this villa has on offer, such as deep padded cushions to all sun beds / swinging hammock, large barbecue, dining exterior tables front and rear and the large cane sofa. The front patio with easy chair and sofa has been much appreciated by clients taking elderly parents as they state it is a quiet area away from the pool, offering shade from the wooden pagoda. Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island of Lanzarote and is situated just north of Arrecife in the north east region of the island. The name literally translates into coast of Teguise, Lanzarote´s former capital. The resort has low rise large hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated, as well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from. Costa Teguise is a pleasant tranquil resort, which has developed over the past fifteen years. The standard of accommodation is extremely high and plays host to many four and five star hotels, as well as many aparthotels and apartments. If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, golf courses and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pool

Please note the villas pool throughout the year is heated to a guaranteed temperature of 25 degrees with a heat pump not just solar heating of which we make no extra charge. All bookings are Thursday to Thursday unless by special arrangement client's request a 3/4 day holiday- the rate for this is approx £150 per night on a limited basis. The prices above are for 4 persons and each extra person there is a charge of £65 per wk, the charge covers cleaning once per week and the supply of linen and a welcome pack on arrival. Also included is free internet access all baby equipment and heating to the swimming pool to a min 25 degree's. Please note during school holidays the higher rate applies and also we may charge full occupancy during peak periods- please request your no obligation quotation.

Full clean on arrival Thursday of pool and villa and garden access on arrival 15-00 hrs but with earlier luggage drop available earlier- Monday pool cleaning plus garden and patios cleaned., on call service for emergencies- English speaking staff. Car Hire can be arranged from £105 per week to collect from the airport(Ibiza) taxi service to villa excellent 17 euros for 4 people per car. Collection service available for 95 euros return for 6 people-60 euros for 4 people return. There is a washing machine and dishwasher /sky TV/ play station/play area/DVDs/videos/lockable gate to pool-ideal toddlers/TV in all bedrooms. The villa is maintained to a very high standard and there are no extras charges!!- for baby equipment/ safe /Internet access/welcome pack/ towels/linen and cleaning once per week all included in your quotation(pool and garden serviced twice per week).English speaking doctor lives next door villa-private charge for call-out (which can be claimed back via insurance).

Everyone staying in our villa completes a satisfaction survey we are happy to send copies to prospective client's. Our villa is maintained to the very highest standard and most bookings come via old clients who are happy to be contacted. We only take bookings from families -no single groups or hen/stag parties. Our villa is ideal for those with young families as all equipment needed for a young family is supplied free of charge, the secure gate to the pool parents find ideal as it enables parent's with toddlers to relax in the knowledge that the pool can be secured when needed!!. Also the front patio with the lovely sofa overlooks the play area with trampoline-Wendy house-slide-sand and water table-relax with your book while the little ones play!

Thanks so much for letting us stay in this lovely villa. We are a family of 5 with children from age 3 to 8 and we have all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The villa has everything we thought we needed and lots more which made the whole experience both relaxing and fun for everyone. The Mill restaurant was perfect as a daily start and end to our evenings and the food there was outstanding. All of the information we needed was close to hand and the lovely Sue was only ever a text message away anyway. The villa, we discovered is highly regarded by everyone we met as being the best in the area, for good reason, and we will definatley be back again. Thank you again so much.
