This recently constructed detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet residential area of Costa Tequise. The fine sandy beach and main central area with many fine restaurants, supermarkets and shops is just a few minutes walk away the villa. The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprising on the ground floor of an entrance hall, spacious lounge, separate dining room and fully fitted breakfast kitchen. There one twin bedroom and a shower room on this level. Stairs from the hallway lead to a gallery landing giving access to the master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both the first floor bedrooms have large individual balconies. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV, DVD Player and a Stereo system.

Costa Tequise is located on the central east coast of Lanzarote and is one of the islands main tourist resorts. Being 15km from Arrecife Airport it is easy to reach and is also a convenient place from which to explore the islands tourist and cultural attractions, as well as the northern fishing villages of Arrieta and Orzola.The island’s historic capital of Teguise, 12km inland, is well worth a visit especially on a Sunday when there is a market in the centre of town. The resort is well situated to explore the many tourist attractions in the North of Lanzarote, such as the Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua and the Jardin de Cactus.Costa Teguise is well served for beaches with some fine golden sand and like the rest of the island of Lanzarote, the Costa Teguise weather is usually very good all year round.
