Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £50.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 in Total.

    Special Offer: A special offer for late bookings applies. If you book within a month of your arrival date the villa is available for £500.00 per week, based on 4 people sharing. However this offer is not available during peak periods or in conjunction with any other offer.

    The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £65.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
  • A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday
  • A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival

    High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item. CAR HIRE is available please ask for details.

    Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.

PLAYA BLANCA: Is in the southern most part of Lanzarote, and was recently named by the World Health Organisation as the 2nd healthiest place to live in the world. The promenade walk (approximately now 2 KLM long) extends from Dorada Beach (Golden Beach) on the East pass the village centre which hosts the smallest of the 3 main beaches, on by the harbour, until you come to the luxurious Hotel Timanfaya, and the Playa Flamingo Lagoon, to the West of the village. Along here are many exciting shops, restaurants and bars that offer a wonderful selection of Canarian merchandise and food - particularly seafood.

CAR HIRE: We can arrange this for you, either to be available at the airport, or delivered to your villa at a time of your choice. Payment can be made by CREDIT CARD. The range of vehicles available start with the basic 5 seater Opel Corsa to the 9 seater Opel Vivaro and can be hired by the day or week. Baby Seats are also available

LANZAROTE: Is the most northern of the Canaries, and is situated only 95 KLM off the Moroccan coast. Across the Island there are some of natures most spectacular scenery, including Tymanfya National Park that includes Fire Mountain, with its partially active volcano, Mirador de Rio's viewing platform overlooking the small Isle of La Graciosa. Or you can explore the Caves of Los Verdes with a guide, to look at some of nature’s most awe-inspiring sites; one event is worth the admission money alone. In the old capital of Teguise, every Sunday as well as its splendour, there is one of the biggest one day markets you will find, with next to this the town of Nazaret. Here there is the magnificent restaurant LAG O MAR that it is rumoured was owned by Omar Sherif's until he lost in a card game. The whole structure is quite literately cut into the side of an old Volcano.

We had a really fabulous holiday here! A spacious Villa: 2 of the bedrooms right next door to each other (the double en-suite & one twin with bathroom outside it) The other twin bedroom is next to the lounge also with bathroom right out side the door. All generous size rooms. All the windows have shutters and blackout curtains which was great with two young children. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there was plently of storage space throught the villa.

The outside area was really spacious - loads of room for lounging and sun bathing any time of day and a shady area too if the heat gets too much. The pool was lovely - we visited at the end of October and the pool temperature was 26 degrees which was slightly too cold for our little ones, so we opted for the heater which made the world of difference and they played happily in the water for hours. There is no fence around the pool if you have little kids but we hired the turtle pool alarm which was great for added peace of mind.

We had a couple of queries when we were there and they were answered quickly and efficiently and in a very friendly manner.

Playa Blanca town and it's small beach is literally a 5 minute (relatively flat) walk with loads of restaurants/cafes to choose from and Playa Dorada beach is probably only another 5 minutes further on. There's a great paved walk from the port right up the the marina so it's very easy to get around.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa and hope to return. Thank you!
