Located on Los Altos, Montana Roja above Playa Blanca the villa has superb sea and mountain views from it's large terrace area. The private pool is heated and so can be used all year round. The villa is well equipped with satellite TV,2 x DVD & X-box. The property has 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths and a shower room. Sun loungers and tables and chairs on the terrace. With a large table under a covered pergola which provides welcome shade for alfresco dining. Off road parking on a driveway which has room for 4 cars. Bedroom 1 - king size bed. Bedroom 2 king size bed, bedroom 3 - three singles & double sofa bed. Also double sofa bed in lounge area.High chair and travel cot included.- Full size table tennis table. NEW 2007 -spacious fully fitted black and white IKEA kitchen, with all the necessary equipment for having a super villa holiday!!

The villa is located on Montana Roja in Playa Blanca in the Los Altos Residencia. The village below is five minutes drive by car, and there you will find adequate shopping facilities plus numerous bars and restaurants. The ferry port allows you to cross to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura , this takes 15 mins approximately. With open space directly behind the villa would suit those who enjoy walking. Timanfaya national park and the wondrous lunar type landscape are fifteen minutes drive as are the wine producing regions. The capital Arrecife is 25 minutes drive.
