Notes to the rental rates

• Minimum rental is one week. The property is booked from 2 p.m. on day of arrival until 10 a.m. on day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation of arrivals. Cots can be provided at a cost of £12 per week. A safe is provided at no extra charge.
  
• Car Hire is recommended to see many of the attractions of Lanzarote and we can arrange this for you at the time of booking. Average price £90 per week. Please remember to bring your driving licence with you.

Lanzarote.

Lanzarote is the most Northern of the Canaries, lying approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa. It has a year round sunny climate and relatively low rain fall. Development is low level and has been closely monitored due to the influence of the late Artist/Designer, Cesar Manrique, who worked to preserve the Island's environmental heritage. Visitors to the Island will appreciate there are no polluted seas, just the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic ocean. In 1994 the Island was declared a world reserve of the Biosphere by Unisco.

Villa Marazul.

Villa Marazul is a luxury, two-storey villa with private Heated swimming pool, set in its own gardens surrounded by a sun terrace with ample seating and padded sun loungers. A built in BBQ is provided. Ground floor accommodation consists of a shady covered terrace for dining 'alfresco', leading to the tastefully furnished lounge, which includes a DVD/ TV/video/CD player. Patio doors open on to the pool area. The modern attractive fully equipped kitchen consists of a built in oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large covered utility room hosts the washing machine and drying area. The downstairs shower room is complete with toilet and hand basin.

Accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The large double bedroom has a built in safe. Patio doors lead on to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the splendid views overlooking the Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. The bathroom is fully furnished with shower/bath, bidet, double hand basins and w.c.
