Casa Mariposa is a superior,single storey villa, 5 minutes from the sea, found in a peaceful residential area, with private off-street parking. It has 3 double bedrooms, the master with king-size bed and en suite. 2 further twin-bedded rooms with family bathroom. The spacious lounge has light, modern, leather furniture and includes a large TV, satellite, DVD, video and CD/tape player. 2 further televisions are in Bedrooms 1 and 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge /freezer, microwave, washing machine, spin dryer, tumble dryer and dishwasher and includes solid green marble work surfaces and table. The villa's verandah has quality dining furniture and enjoys magnificent sea views. The pool is 9m x 4m and the terrace is provided with 6 sunloungers. The private pool is heated both by solar panels and titanium heat pump for year-round swimming. There is an outdoor brick built barbeque. For security, there is a safe and all windows have shutters and locks

Notes to the rental rates

• The rates quoted are for 4 people sharing. Please add another £50 per person per week or part of a week for up to a maximum of 6 people.
  
• Our rates reflect the high quality of this villa, its location, the sea views and the permanently heated pool aswell as all the numerous facilities and equipment available to all guests.
  
• Pool heating at NO EXTRA COST. The warm water is what makes swimming at Casa Mariposa such a pleasure.

The swimming pool.

The private swimming pool (9metres by 4 metres) is extra special. Before purchasing Casa Mariposa, we stayed in various properties which had 'heated' pools. We soon realised that solar heated pools are not really warm enough or very comfortable. Consequently, when we purchased Casa Mariposa, we installed a titanium heat pump, a top class system, which keeps the temperature perfect. The water is therefore wonderful. As you slide into the pool, you realise how much better the pool is for swimming and the more time spent in the pool, the fitter one feels. We are sure visitors to Casa Mariposa will feel the benefits too.

The luxury kitchen

The kitchen is truly superior. Many properties, similar to ours, still have the original kitchen. We found this far too small. We therefore, extended the kitchen, doubling its size, to enable us to create an eating space and to install all the modern appliances, washing machine, dishwasher and separate tumble dryer, needed to ensure that the time spent at Casa Mariposa, was truly relaxing. We have an enormous amount of storage space, allowing for shopping to be bought and stored, for the holiday, without the need to visit a supermarket every day, saving yet another intrusion into leisure time. The kitchen units are in a high gloss white, continuing the theme of lightness, found throughout the house. The work surfaces are green granite and sparkle with the natural highlights found in real stone, rather than those of a synthetic nature. The coffee machine, oven and microwave as well as a halogen hob, enable everything from breakfast to supper, to be prepared with ease and enjoyment.

Booking Conditions.

The rental rates are for up to 4 people. Please add £50 per person per week for upto 6 people. A security deposit is required of 200 Pounds at the time of booking. This is refunded, after the holiday, on the return of the key. The full rental payment is due 8 weeks before departure. Full payment not received by the due date will be treated as a cancellation with the security deposit forfeited. Cancellations during the 8 weeks before departure will be refunded as follows: 8-4 weeks 50% refund, 4-2 weeks 25% refund, less than 2 weeks no refund. The rental runs from 3.00 p.m. on the arrival day till 10.00 a.m. on the departure day. Possible changes to the departure time may be discussed with our agent on the island.
