A stylish two storey villa-equipped to a very high standard on a peaceful residential complex. It has a large front garden with private driveway-once inside leading off from the hall is the pretty living/dining room with TV, satellite, includes 100 English channels/ topical sporting channels, BBC radio stations and a selection of satellite TV channels in German, French, Spanish and Italian, DVD and CD/radio. Two large double doors lead out into the garden and sunbathing terrace that has a private electrically heated pool with views to the mountains, there are four sunbeds, a BBQ area with table and chairs - the garden can be lit at night so that you can enjoy eating out around the pool. The separate kitchen has two doors, one to the solana[drying area]and one to the BBQ area, a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, iron/ironing board, washing machine, microwave, all equipment you will need for a luxurious holiday. We have four identical villas next door to each other, each with private pool.

The Alegranza complex is a quiet complex maintained to a very high standard with a private access road to the villa and situated 1.5 km from Playa Blanca with its many restaurants, bars, designer shops and glorious white sand beaches also the harbour with frequent ferries to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos, the renowned Papagayo beaches are a fifteen minute drive, and the villa is also close to Timanfaya National Park. The roads are of a very high standard and no attraction is very far away. Playa Blanca is a very safe area ideal for families and couples - a new marina has recently opened with some excellent shops, restaurants and of course boats!

Notes: A Z-bed/cot or highchair can be provided for a small charge. A DVD player is provided but not a video player, please supply your own DVD's and CD's. The satellite system has an excellent selection of channels including a 24 hour movie channel and there are English, German, French and Spanish satellite channels. There is a private electrically heated pool but a communal pool with children's pool is a very short walk away. As the villa is on two levels, it is not suitable for those who cannot manage stairs. A bus stop is just two minutes from the villa that will take you into the centre of Playa Blanca
