Lovely villa in Lanzarote,close to the beach,with private heated swimming pool, located in Las Coloradas. It is completely closed and not over viewed for absolute privacy. The Papagayo beaches, undoubtedly the best in the whole archipelago can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. The new Rubicón Yacht Harbour is only 1 mile distance and the town of Playa Blanca less than 2. It is a very quiet area, with security service 24 hours a day. There are nice restaurants and supermarket in the complex, (less than 0.5 miles).The villa is comfortably furnished with everything you may need for an unforgettable vacation, including assorted music,a selection of books in English. table games, information about the island. From the garden with palm trees, cactii and bougainvillea and swimming pool area , you can enjoy the Lanzarote sun, you have views to the sea and is equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. These wild golden beaches are the best in the whole archipelago and can be reached by foot in 15min from the villa. Villa Xana has views to the sea and the Island of Fuerteventura and to the beautiful AJACHES mountains behind it.LAS COLORADAS is the most elegant development in the Playa Blanca area. It is very quiet and a security service is present 24 hours a day. There are first class restaurants, supermarket and several hotels with bars, restaurants, internet facilities, gyms and many services available all within easy walking distance.The new RUBICON yacht harbour is located only at one mile distance and Playa Blanca at 2.5.Playa Blanca is a nice town, with 2 golden beaches and a lot of restaurants, shops, English pubs and also a medical center where English is spoken. It has a lovely marina 5 miles long with stunning views.

Notes: The villa is comfortably furnished to a high standard. You will find anything you need for a perfect holiday. A selection of music of different styles, some English books, Table games and full information in English about the island are available. There is a safe in the main bedroom. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and drying and ironing devices. The plot is completely closed and not over viewed with absolute privacy. The swimming pool is big (8x4m) and solar heated. There are palm trees, cactus and bougainvillea in the garden which has views to the sea and the Fuerteventura island. There is a shadowed area to have lunch in the patio. A cot is available under request. High chair for children available. All linen is provided and the price includes a complete clean and linen change per week. Our British housekeepers make full maintenance of the swimming pool. They live in the complex (200m) and will help you with any holiday query.

A lovely villa - highly recommended.

It is a minefield trying to find the perfect villa among so many so it was sort of luck we ended up at this one and it was pretty much perfect!

The villa itself is light, nicely furnished and decorated with a very good supply of useful things without being fussy. The outside area was big enough for our young children to play in - lots of nooks and crannies in the garden and the pool was well maintained, a lovely size and temperature. The villa was clean and well cared for without being too 'precious'.

You can easily walk into the Marina (and probably Playa Blanca too if you don't have small children to coax along) along the charming promenade or there is a bus service which is easy and cheap as are the taxis. Everything is within easy reach (although I would recommend a car so you can visit other things on the island, not least the STUNNING Timanfayo National Park).

Although billed as being near Playa Blanca, we thought the Marina was much nicer and full of good restaurants. If you don't want to go out all the time, the villa itself is a delightful place to relax and enjoy a day by the pool or a lovely evening meal. It is extremely peaceful (we went for the Autumn half-term) and I would certainly recommend it.

Relaxing week in Playa Blanca

This property is in a very quiet location, but within an hours lovely walk along the coastal path to Playa Blanca - we did the walk every night, and one night walked back as well - great for working off the drinks and dinner! There is also now an excellent bus service into town with the bus stop quite close by if you want a drink at night but don't want to walk or drive. The villa was just as described, very clean, very private, with an excellent pool. Had a lovely time in Playa Blanca, recommend Brisa Del Mar for fish dishes and Typico Canario for meat, and recommend the cocktail/jazz bar at the Princess Yaitza for expensive but delicious cocktails and excellent live music. We will definitely return!

Villa Xana

My wife and I are regular visitors to Playa Blanca and have stayed in most areas of the town and several times in Las Coloradas.We stayed at Villa Xana from 29th November for two weeks.
The villa is undoubtedly the best we have stayed in.
It was exactly as described, particularly in relation to it not being overlooked, which we have often found to be very loosely used.
Everything in the villa worked, it was well equipped with outdoor furniture and very clean.
There was plenty of parking just outside the door.
I will certainly be using the villa again and would recommend it to my friends looking for a quiet and not too big getaway in a wonderful situation.
