Villa Montana Roja is situated on the peaceful Shangrila Park residential development 7 minutes drive away from the centre of playa Blanca. It is close to superb coastal scenery, and also the dormant volcano Montana Roja which offers a great walk and magnificent views of the Southern and Western coastlines. This one bedroomed villa accommodates 4 people. The roof terrace provides great views of the sea and of neighbouring Fuerteventura. There is an outside patio area and barbecue. Nearby parking is available. The villa has satellite TV, a DVD and a selection of films. Two bicycles are available for use by guests. Two tennis rackets are provided by the villa for use by guests on the Shangrila Park tennis court. Local shops and bars are a within a 10 minute walk, and the nearest beach is 5 minutes drive away.

• For guests paying in £ sterling, the villa is available at £250 per week.
  Credit card payment facility is available.
  The villa can be reserved provisionally for three days before the deposit of 20% becomes due. The balance becomes due 6 weeks prior to your stay.
  
• We can organise car hire from the airport. Please note that the car hire agreement is with the car hire company not the villa owners. We can also organise private hire pick-up/return from the airport.
