'Casa Cat' is situated at Olivina Beach, an exclusive development at Las Coloradas about a 10 minute walk from the fabulous secluded Papagayo beaches that are regarded as the best in the Canary Islands. It is located in a quiet location adjacent to a 'green zone' at the end of a short footpath away from the road. It has easy access for the disabled if required. A 5 minute drive will take you to the new Puerto Rubican Marina where there are waterfront bars, restaurants, exshops & an excellent supermarket. Playa Dorada beach has is a lovely sheltered bay with sunbeds & umbrellas to hire & watersports. This southern coastal area boasts one of the longest promenades in Europe that extends from Papagayo, through Playa Blanca village & well past the harbour to the west. The village has variety of restaurants, bars & shops, both on the waterfront & elsewhere. There are local doctors & pharmacists as well as a Church, taxis & buses to the surrounding areas. Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental terms quoted above are for two people sharing. Add £10 per day for up to four people sharing for the normal rate. Deposit £75 per person per week - the balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to your departure, together with a refundable damage deposit of £150. Please click on 'AVAILABILITY' before contacting us to check on your preferred dates in order to avoid disappointment. During the months of November to April electric pool heating is also available at an extra £45 per week in order to benefit from a lovely swimming temperature of between 27 to 30 degrees throughout the winter. .£20 extra per week for wireless broadband connection if required
  • Split weeks charged on a pro-rata basis. Changeover day is Thursday but other days can be considered subject to availability and season. Our rates are those applicable at the time of booking.

    The property must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the morning of departure and may not be occupied until after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless by prior arrangement with ourselves. Flight details are required prior to departure to assist our Managers.
  • There is a mid-week towel change. The swimming pool has regular attendance. We operate a No Smoking policy in the villa.

We can refer you to our reliable rental company who have a modern fleet of vehicles. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own or hire pool/beach towels! This has come about by popular request because of a lot of the airlines have started charging extra for luggage & also a lot now have a reduced luggage allowance etc, so you can hire from 'us' rather than fill up their cases with towels. The Island: Lanzarote is a fascinating island where man and nature have created some spectacular places to visit. There are excellent roads to all parts of the island and a hire car will enable you to have an easier trip to and from the airport as well as to discover areas that you should consider visiting. There is a manual of information in the villa that lists the main attractions together with other recommendations for places to eat , etc. For golfers there is an 18 hole course at Costa Tequise, about 45 minutes drive. You can book boat trips at the local marinas and there is a 20 minute fast ferry to Fuertaventura from Playa Blanca port. The climate, its beaches and the ever-present stamp of artist Cesar Manrique make this a privileged destination. Playa Blanca is an ideal location for those people wanting a quieter holiday but if you crave for some night-life, Puerto del Carmen is about a 25 minute drive and has a vast selection of lively bars and nightclubs, restaurants and shops.

Golf: There are now 2 golf courses on the Island - The orginal one being in the North located at Costa Teguise and the newly opened one in Puerto del Carman.

Other Activities: Golf course in Costa Teguise & newly opened course at Puerto Del Carman (approx 25 min by car).

Mr & Mrs H - (3rd stay with us) - Your villa was just what we wanted - clean, comfortable, private convenient and with everything provided that we could ever want!

Mr & Mrs S - Thank you for the use of your wonderful villa for the past week. It had everything we (& especially the kids) wanted. We had a really fantastic holiday staying in your villa. The villa is really great and I can honestly say that we had the most relaxing break ever. Your villa is very homely and comfortable, like a home away from home. Its great for a romantic break for two but it is also very child friendly and family orientated.

Mrs J - Your villa was excellent! You seem to have found the right balance between making it homely but not so personal that you afraid to touch anything! We greatly appreciated how clean it was and we had everything we needed to have a relaxing holiday. Thank you again

We had a really great week in this villa in April. Excellent location and great facilities, especially a superb swimming pool. Villa was also very clean and was a great home from home. Would be booking again for this October but it is already fully booked. Certainly hope to be back soon.
