Specially designed to offer complete privacy, our detached villa is situated in a quiet & well established location at the end of a small cul-de-sac about 5 minutes drive from Playa Blanca village & beach. The large garden and pool terraces enjoy all day sunshine & have six-foot high surrounding walls. All main rooms have a southerly view over the pool & garden and the light & airy accommodation sleeps 6 people in comfort, having a main double bedroom with ensuite bathroom & 2 twin bedrooms & family bathroom. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, mosquito screens & window shutters. The fitted kitchen has all appliances. The lounge is nicely furnished and has a 29' TV with SKY, DVD, selection of films, CD, books & games. It opens to a full width south-facing & partly covered terrace with barbeque & comfortable sitting & eating area. The 8m long freeform shaped solar-heated pool also has electric heating between October & March to maintain a comfortable water temperature of c. 27-30 degrees

Conveniently situated, there is a local shop, taxi rank & bus service only 3 minutes walk away and a 5 minute drive from the beach at Playa Flamingo where there are restaurants & supermarkets. The promenade leads to the harbour and Playa Blanca village and continues to the Rubicon Marina & Papagayo beaches. There are a variety of restaurants and bars on the promenade overlooking the beach and sea that have lovely views across to Fuertaventura. The village has a modern pedestrianised shopping area with a good selection of shops & supermarkets as well as other restaurants & bars, banks, doctors, pharmacists, taxis and buses to the surrounding area. There are ferries to Fuertaventura from the local Port and also a water taxi to the Papagayo beaches. Our villa is very popular with couples and families looking for a quiet holiday location that is not too far from the livelier resorts such as Puerto del Carmen, about a 25 minute drive, that has all manner of nightlife, bars & restaurant

Additional information about rental rates

  • THE RENTAL RATES QUOTED ARE FOR TWO PEOPLE. Supplement of £10 per person per day up to maximum of six people. The swimming pool has solar heating all year that is supplemented by electric heating during the months of October to March inclusive to maintain a comfortable daytime water temperature of c.27-30 degrees. Split week rates are on a pro-rota rental basis subject to availability. The rental rates quoted are those applicable at the time of booking. We require a deposit of one-third of the total rental due payable upon reservation. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to your departure, together with a damage deposit of £250. Please click on 'AVAILABILITY' before contacting us to check on your preferred dates in order to avoid disappointment. Wi-fi is available upon request, subject to availability, at extra charge at the time of booking.
  • Our normal changeover day is Thursday but other days can also be considered subject to availability and season.
  • The villa and pool are prepared for your arrival by our English managers. They also do a mid-week towel change and pool clean. Towels for domestic use are included but not those for the swimming pool or beach so please take your own or they can be hired from our local manager - details upon request.

Notes: The villa is looked after by our long serving English manager & provides a comfortable and relaxing holiday home in complete privacy. Many clients and friends return year after year to this peaceful and well-established area that is a world apart from areas still under construction. There are extensive open and covered south-facing sun terraces with ample sun beds, a comfortable seating and dining area with cooling ceiling fan and barbeque. Our fabulous 8m long free-form shaped solar-heated swimming pool incorporates a submerged sunbed area and has electric heating from October - March to maintain a water temperature of c. 27-30 degrees. The formal garden is laid out in true Lanzarote style and there is a private gated entrance drive with parking for 3/ 4 cars. The double glazed windows have external shutters to enhance your security and to aid ventilation. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito screens. There is a safe for clients use. Wi-fi available upon request at extra cost.

The McDonald's enjoyed themselves! -

'The owners obviously know what makes for a quiet and enjoyable holiday & the villa really works well. Everyone had space to stretch out by the pool & the large terraces. The location is great - only a few minutes to the village & beach but once you are back by the pool you could be miles away. The local shop was really handy for odd things you forget. The villa is very comfortable and it is situated in peaceful and mature surroundings. Other plus points - each bedroom has a ceiling fan, mosquito nets & shutters; both bathrooms have a bidet, shower, bath & wc; the kitchen has all mod cons and the large partly covered terrace even has a ceiling fan. The lounge has large comfy sofas, the TV's got SKY and there are loads of DVD films. The south-facing garden, terraces and swimming pool get the sun all day. This is a great place to unwind but if you are want a lively holiday in a buzzing resort with wild nightlife then go elsewhere!'

recommend this beautiful villa with fantastic views.The villa has such a homely feel and is very clean. The pool is vey private. We spent 2 weeks here,weather was hot , but there was always a breeze.
Plenty of space for the family and not far away from the beach and bars.
