Villa Jimena is a newly developed property at the base of Montana Roja, Playa Blanca. The owners of this property found the land over 4 years ago and have taken their time in designing and overseeing the building to the highest of standards. Deliberately and brilliantly designed to incorporate modern and traditional Spanish architecture, this property stands out from the crowd. Inside the property has a spacious open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new modern appliances. The lounge is fitted out with a large television, satellite, DVD player (DVD's not supplied) and hi fi stereo. The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms. Of which 2 are double rooms and 1 a twin room. All the bathrooms have baths and showers. Outside the property has a large south facing sun terrace and private Solar heated pool. It's decked out with large comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and patio furniture. There is also a covered BBQ area suitable for entertaining.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £100.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 in Total.
  The pool is solar heated all year. A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
  Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday

• A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival
  Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
  Clean linen and towels are provided each week. BEACH TOWELS are not provided.
  Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
  
• High Chairs and Cots are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item. Child Seats are 10.Euros each per week. CAR HIRE is available please ask for details.

CAR HIRE

We can arrange this for you, either to be available at the airport, with an English Representative waiting for you, or delivered to your villa at a time of your choice.( Except Weekends) Payment can be made by CREDIT CARD. Range of vehicles is available from the 5 seater Opel Corsa at 140 Euros a week to the 9 seater Opel Vivaro at 476 Euros. They can be hired by the day or week. Baby Seats are also available.

PLAYA BLANCA

Playa Blanca is in the southern most part of Lanzarote. In 1994 it was officially declared a Reserve of the BIOSPHERE by UNESCO and more recently was named by the World Health Organisation as the 2nd healthiest place to live in the world. The promenade walk (approximately 4km long) extends from Los Coloradas via the Marina Rubicon to Dorada Beach (Golden Beach) to the centre, (which hosts the smallest of the 3 main beaches) onto the harbour, and finally to Flamingo Beach/ Lagoon and the luxurious Hotel Timanfaya, to the West of the village. Along here are many exciting shops, restaurants and bars that offer a wonderful selection of Canarian merchandise and food - particularly seafood.
