Luxury villa boasting one of the most spectacular views in Playa Blanca. Villa Del Vista's exclusive tranquil location is only a few minutes drive from an array of beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. The lounge area opens onto a spacious private terrace with large solar heated pool, sun loungers, outside shower, al fresco dining area, and BBQ. There is a large garden area planted with exotic plants including banana and lemon trees. An additional feature is the decked sun platform ideal for sunbathing. Internally, there are 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and a large family room containing 2 single beds, and a bunk style bed which sleeps 3. There is a further family shower room. The living room has a TV with satellite TV, channels include 24 hour movies, news, cartoons, music etc. Other facilities include dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Notes to the rental rates

• Bookings can be taken for 2 people only and 20% discount will be applied on the rates quoted other than high season when normal rates will apply. We also offer 10 day breaks contact owner for rates and availability. Rates shown are based on 4 people sharing but please add £60 per person per week for each additional person for high season and £50 per week for other dates. The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 people if futon bed is used for 2 extra people. The pool is heated by solar panels. Changeover day for bookings is flexible depending on availability. Due to change overs, the villa is normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure although depending on bookings and flight times we may be able to assist in varying on these times but this could not be confirmed at the time of booking.
  
• Please note there is no charge for children under 2 at the time of the holiday. Cot available at small charge.
  
• Clean linen and towels are provided at the start of your holiday and also at the start of your second week if a 2 week holiday is booked. PLEASE NOTE: For 10 day holidays extra towels will be provided at the start of your holiday, but no mid term linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately Beach towels are not provided.

Lanzarote

Lanzarote Is the most northern of the Canaries, and is situated only 95 KLM off the Moroccan coast. Across the Island there are some of natures most spectacular scenery, including Tymanfya National Park that includes Fire Mountain, with its partially active volcano, Mirador de Rio's viewing platform overlooking the small Isle of La Graciosa. Or you can explore the Caves of Los Verdes with a guide, to look at some of nature’s most awe-inspiring sites; one event is worth the admission money alone. In the old capital of Teguise, every Sunday as well as its splendour, there is one of the biggest one day markets you will find, with next to this the town of Nazaret. Here there is the magnificent restaurant LAG O MAR that it is rumoured was owned by Omar Sherif's until he lost in a card game. The whole structure is quite literately cut into the side of an old Volcano.

Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca Is in the southern most part of Lanzarote, and was recently named by the World Health Organisation as the 2nd healthiest place to live in the world. The promenade walk (approximately 2km long) extends from Dorada Beach (Golden Beach). On the East pass the village centre, which hosts the smallest of the 3 main beaches, on by the harbour, until you come to the luxurious Hotel Timanfaya, and the Playa Flamingo Lagoon, to the West of the village. Along here are many exciting shops, restaurants and bars that offer a wonderful selection of Canarian merchandise and food - particularly seafood.

Playa Blanca has a pedestrianized town with plenty of shops, and supermarkets. There is also an abundance of quality bars and restaurants along the sea front. A promenade leads along the front to The International Marina Rubicon. This is a brand new marina with very stylish shops and fantastic restaurants and bars. Some good art shops too. There is a market held on a Wednesday and Saturday in Playa Blanca. A large market is also held in the town of Teguise on Sundays. Leisure activities include jet/water skiing, diving, snorkelling, cycling, fishing, tennis, bowling, horse riding, wind-surfing, swimming, quad biking or just plain sun bathing. Also take the ferry to Futerventura, it only takes 15 minutes by sea cat and you don’t need the car.
