This delightful, semi-detached villa with private heated pool, is situated in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. It is a 20 minutes walk to Dorada Beach and local amenities, including supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The villa is furnished to a high standard. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite with a double bed the doors leading to the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds, and both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. A comfortable double sofa bed is located in the living room for additional sleeping capacity should it be required. The family bathroom is with shower, toilet and basin set in a marble top. The ensuite bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and double basins set in marble top. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences. Leading out of the kitchen is a utility area where the washing machine is located. The living/dining area is light and spacious. The furnishings consist of two sofas (one being a sofa bed)
