Villa Montana is set high up on Montana Roja. With its magnificent views of Playa Blanca, over the sea to Fuerteventura and across the volcanic ranges, villa Montana is perfect for people that want to get away from it all and yet still be close enough to enjoy the facilities that Playa Blanca has to offer. The villa itself has 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 rooms with ensuite facilities and magnificent JACUZZI baths. The third bedroom is a twin room with the bathroom adjacent to it. Outside is a good size sun terrace, ideal for all day sun bathing. The terrace is very private and has magnificent views looking over the whole of Playa Blanca - simply breath taking. The terrace is well lit in the evenings and is perfect for BBQ's or just simply to have a drink and watch the sun go down. There is also a good size pool (7m x 3m) which is electrically heated all year, guaranteeing a temperature of around 27/28oC.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £50.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 5 in total.
  As a CONDITION of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
  Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 pm to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  FREE CAR!!!! - Included in the above prices is a group 'A' car. It is possible to upgrade the car if you wish. You will just need to pay the difference. A 20 euro booking fee applies.
  
• Please Note, children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
  Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach towels are not provided. Please note: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
  
• A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival. Car hire is available please ask for details. Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
  A PLAYSTATION 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.

As a family we have recently taken over one of Playa Blanca's Top 4 restaurants. This was a local family business for many years, and continuing in the same tradition based on local knowledge and with help from the previous Spanish family we have, added a touch of International Cuisine, not available anywhere else in town, plus a luxurious leather lounge in which you will experience a really relaxing place to sit and order your meal and take after dinner drinks. When booking this villa please mention you have seen this announcement, and we will give you a special introductory leaflet, to print off. Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca is in the southern most part of Lanzarote. In 1994 it was officially declared a Reserve of the biosphereI by Unesco and more recently was named by the World Health Organisation as the 2nd healthiest place to live in the world. The promenade walk (approximately 4km long) extends from Los Coloradas via the Marina Rubicon to Dorada Beach (Golden Beach) to the centre, (which hosts the smallest of the 3 main beaches) onto the harbour, and finally to Flamingo Beach/ Lagoon and the luxurious Hotel Timanfaya, to the West of the village. Along here are many exciting shops, restaurants and bars that offer a wonderful selection of Canarian merchandise and food - particularly seafood.
