Villa Stephanie is the perfect all year round holiday choice for relaxing with family & friends by the pool or dining alfresco with a BBQ feast.

This spacious child friendly holiday home has 2 bath/shower rooms & is ideal for larger families to share & enjoy. It is furnished to a high standard inside & out & has satellite TV, Internet & DVD installed. There is a cot & highchair if required & most importantly a lockable fence & gate around the swimming pool for added child safety, although, this is removable for all adult parties wanting to take advantage of the entire pool area unrestricted.

There is one double bedroom with ceiling fan & wardrobes which is en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms with ceiling fan & wardrobes & a smaller room which has full size single bunk beds so is suitable for adults as well as children.

The lounge has seating for 8 guests & has wipe clean leather furniture along with an inside dining. The kitchen has all mod cons inc. dishwasher, washing machine & full oven.

The main bedroom has a large comfortable double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan & has an en-suite shower with wash-hand basin & wc. Second & third bedrooms have twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes & ceiling fans. The forth bedroom has large wooden full size bunk beds. The family bathroom is spacious with a full size bath & separate walk-in shower, wash-hand basin & wc. The lounge is modern, very comfortably seats 8 people & has a dining area. It has wifi internet, satellite tv with cd/dvd. The separate kitchen is bright, modern & is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron & board. Double doors lead out to the covered terrace with bbq area & down to the large heated swimming pool which has safety fencing; practical for those on holiday with young children but removable for all adult parties. A cot & high chair are available on request at no extra charge. Our welcome packs of tea, coffee, sugar, milk & water are complimentary.

Quickly becoming known as 'The Jewel In Lanzarote's Crown', Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort that retains its original charm and sleepy atmosphere. At the southernmost tip of Lanzarote, once a small fishing village, It is now a flourishing but tranquil resort with beautiful beaches bordered by a picturesque restaurant-lined promenade.

Playa Blanca has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront, you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km (20 mins,) ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

If you only get to one tourist attraction in Lanzarote, it has to be Timanfaya National Park, buses are laid on to take you on a 40 minute journey through the volcanoes & if you fancy some lunch, you can have your meat cooked on a volcanic barbeque. Other attractions are: Jameos Del Agua, Mirador Del Rio & Guinate Tropical Park

This fabulous villa is situated on Los Calamares in Playa Blanca; a sought after area due to its superb quiet and attractive location. The beach & town centre are just a 5 minute stroll away where you will find an array of bars & restaurants, supermarket & shops.

You might like to get out & about to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote, however, car hire is not necessary at this villa as all local amenities are practically on the doorstep there is a superb bus service into Puerto Del Carmen and Arrecife & local taxis are cheap and plentiful.

There are 3 beautiful beaches within easy walking distance from the villa, The closest being the town beach (5 mins) then Playa Dorada (12 mins) and Playa Flamingo (10 mins) the stunning Rubicon Marina is just past Playa Dorada and has a twice weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Snorkelling and scuba diving are a main attraction here as the waters are so calm, clear and warm all year round.

A pleasant stroll along the promenade of Playa Blanca will take you to the harbour where you can ferry over to Fuerteventura in just 20 minutes or to the famous Papagayo Beaches in just 10 minutes.

Other Activities:

Playa Blanca is the perfect place to visit for snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing and most other water sports.

Have just got back from a 3 week stay in this villa and wanted to write a review as this property and its location are fantastic! Everything on the doorstep (well, almost) ..we loved the pool (very warm) and the 3 beaches are all so close and clean, we also went to Papagayo beach by glass bottom boat which took about 1/2 an hour and also stops at the Rubicon Marina. The kitchen has everything you need for home dining, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the terrace overlooks the pool and has a huge wicked BBQ. We didn't eat out much but when we did the front line restaurants were lovely, great service, good food and fair price. We will be back. Thanks to Susan for booking us in and Paul for the low cost transfers and all the friendly advice.

Great villa in a great location!

All the websites we looked at that featured this villa led us to believe that it was a luxury getaway. We were not disappointed.

The villa was indeed just a five minute walk away from everything you can possible need - cafes, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

On arrival we found the villa immaculate. Everything was spotless. All equipment was working. The pool was maintained at a lovely temperature and cleaned twice in the week we were there (very nice chap)! Infact, to complete our stay, the only things we had to buy were food and a small amount of wine!

Playa Blanca was very, very quiet (not a bad thing). Prices on drinks varied but food was reasonable and very good. All areas of Playa Blanca were immaculate - no time share touts, street sellers or even people bullying you into eating in their restaurants - these are not allowed!

We would definately stay at this villa again...maybe quite soon!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Villa Stephanie Lanzarote

I stayed here with 6 other friends all girls and there was plenty of space for us all. 2 bathrooms 4 bedrooms the pool area was spacious plenty of room for all of the sunbeds to be out and there was a BBQ area that is undercover if you want to get out of the sun. There are lots of restatuants and shops along the sea front and the marina is about a miles walk but well worth it. Night life was quite quiet but we were not there in peak season, the restort appealed to more families and couples. However for a relaxing chilled out and very enjoyable holiday away from the business of hotels and appartments i would definatley recommend staying here.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

4-Bed Holiday Villa

I rented this villa as one member of a group of 7 girls. We decided to rent a villa due to there being quite a few of us. The villa was in a great location, a 5-10 minute walk from the local shops, bars and erstaurants. The marina and other restaruants were a 20-25 minute walk away but it was not a problem.
The villa was clean, spacious and in a nice residencial area. As a group of girls we felt safe in the villa, as well as quite secluded.
The pool area was clean and bg enough for all and was not over-looked at all.
The owners were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us while we were there, including transfers to and from the airport.
The villa itself had good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and benefited from a great terrace and BBQ.
The resort is quieter than Puerto Del Carmen and is more geared towards families and couples. But this was very rarely noticed as we were not in a busy family hotel!!!
The local restaurants provided great food and drink and the lcoals were very welcoming.
All in all, I would certainly recommend the villa and the company...we had a great time!!!!!

Superb villa, convenient for all amenities, shops and beach. Excellent communication with owners from start to finish. On arrival the villa was very clean and welcoming even with tea, coffee and bicuits provided which was a pleasant surprise. I was happy to see that there was a large supermarket just a few minutes walking distance and so daily visits were easy and quick. The pool was wonderful, clean and warm, the children had so much fun and we were able to keep a close eye as you can see the pool from the lounge and terrace. Loved the large BBQ!! We will be back in August, can't wait!!! Prompt return of our security deposit was most appreciated. Would recommend this villa and its location without hesitation.
