The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants, there is also a supermarket nearby. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with a private pool and unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. The villa has recently been substantially and tastefully refurbished with good quality fixtures and fittings so it is modern, stylish and practical. It is ideal for a large group of family or friends taking a holiday together. The large shaded permanent table is easily accessible from the kitchen and seats about 20 people which has the benefit of the fantastic views as does the whole of the extensive terrace area, it is ideal for long lazy lunches and convivial barbecues. The property consists of 2 detached adjacent villas in the same grounds connected by a short footpath within the garden.

The local harbour has a regular ferry service to Fuerteventura and also boat trips. 2 x weekly markets are held selling local handicrafts amongst other goods.There is a very enjoyable walk along the promenade which measures about 2 kilometres with several cafes along the way to stop for a drink. The new Marina Rubicon has a good variety of upmarket shops and restaurants and the village centre also has a very good selection too.Evening entertainment is available in the local hotels and there is a diving school nearby.The local beaches have sun loungers and parasols to hire, the Dorada beach also has water sports.
