Large semi-detached self-catering villa with it's own private pool is in the conveniently located Costa Papagayo area. Villa is 15 min walk to the superb Dorada Beach and only 20 mins to town.By car 2-3mins. Villa is a spacious,fully furnished,well equipped and comfortable with beautiful decor throughout. 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes and a floor safe buit in.Master en suite bedroom opens onto 40 sq mtr Sun Lounge then huge paved patio complete with outside furniture and wonderful mountain views. Optional pool heat. Built in Barbecue The villa second bedroom has twin beds.Family bathroom has shower, toilet and basin set in marble top. The ensuite bathroom has bath/shower, toilet and double basins set in marble top. Kitchen and utility room well equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and all electrical appliances. Bright and spacious Living room with 4 sofas,tables,TV,DVD and cd player. Separate dining area. Roof terrace also. Carport

Stayed over Christmas 2008 and were lucky enough to be the first to make use of the superb new sun lounge (and the pool heater!) The villa is perfect, really comfortable and well equipped. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. The villa is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to all of the local restaurants and beaches, and the new marina. Taxis are cheap and plentiful so we didn't need a car. Plenty of supermarkets locally so you can stock up on the essentials, but we ate out most days and didn't have one bad meal during the fortnight. The view of the mountains from the pool terrace is stunning - we spent most mornings just watching them change colour as the sun came up. Whether you choose to stay in the villa and not move (easy to do, believe me!) or venture out and explore the local markets, eateries and beaches, you won't be disappointed.

Glad you liked and made use of the new sun lounge, it as made such a difference to the place to be able to be 'outside' regardless of the weather.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. This was my 2nd visit to Playa Blanca and staying in the villa gave us an entirely different view of Playa Blanca and great holiday experience. The villa's location is excellent - you can walk everywhere. And, it's in a lovely neighbourhood. It feels like a home from home and is very private with great terrace and pool. The mountain views are fab! We will definitely be back.

This villa lived up to all expectations. The house is so well equipped that everything you need has been provided. The pool was brilliant. The garden was very private and we never tired of the view of the mountains. The sunsets were amazing.We had temperatures into the 40's so it was great to come back and relax in the pool.Thanks to Liz and Dave for suggestions of places to eat. Everything was in walking distance. We hired a car and only ventured out a few times as the pool and local area had so much to offer.Thanks Ann for your phone call when we got home. We had such a wonderful holiday that we have already booked for next summer!

Fantastic Villa

We go to Lanzarote every year, and always stay in apartments, this year we tried a villa off this site. we always rent a car so it was lovely to have a drive to park it on, as we walked into the villa i couldnt believe the space, there were only two of us but the villa was large enough for 6 to 8 it was fantastic, everything we needed was there even down to a travel plug, there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us. the pool and gardens was stunning the only problem was we wanted to stay in and laze around the pool every day. as for booking and dealing with the owners it was so easy and the owners were so nice, and even let us stay later on our departure day as our flights were in the evening, fantastic villa cant wait to go back.

perfect holiday

My Husband and myself were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the villa, much more than we imagined, the pool area was just fantastic, the description given on the web site do not do this villa justice, The property was spotless and we loved the little personal touches to the decor, we are ashamed to say that we were so settled that we only ventured out 3 days out of 10 to stock up on supplies, as the villa had everything we wanted. We will do more sight seeing next time, well maybe! I would recommend this villa to anyone, especially couples who value peace and tranquility, but not too far from bars and resturants if you fancy a change, all in all this was a fabulous holiday, and great value for money, Many thanks to Ann and Les for allowing us to stay in their home, look forward to a return visit in the near future.
