This is undoubtedly one of the most impressive Lanzarote villas you will find. Not only does it have a large south facing sun terrace with private heated swimming pool, the owners have added a roof terrace complete with jacuzzi. The views from this roof terrace are fantastic with the sea and Fuerteventura on one side and the Montana Roja volcano on the other. Another great feature is the comfortable settee and chairs under the pergola by the pool - a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine! Inside the villa is equally impressive with high ceilings and marble floors throughout. The lounge has a LCD TV with DVD/video and Sky Satellite TV + impressive collection of DVDs/CDs. There is wireless broadband and a Playstation + games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining room as well as outside table and chairs if you prefer to eat outside. A truly luxurious villa makes this a holiday home you will want to come back to time and time again.

The villa is located on the new Faro Park development, a 5 mins drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. The sea is a 150m walk from the villa and a parade of shops including restaurants and bars are also conveniently close by. The impressive Flamingo beach is a 2 mins drive away and there are many other fine sandy beaches in the area. Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort often referred to as the St Tropez of the Canary Islands. It has many fine restaurants and bars along its sea front. This is a resort ideal for couple and families wanting to enjoy the all year round sunshine of the Canaries. Lanzarote is also a beautiful island with lots of sightseeing attractions on offer. If you only visit one thing it must be Timafaya Park. The live volcano is certainly impressive as it spurts water out as steam and burns hay only a few feet below ground level.
