The villa is a one bedroomed property, which is elegantly furnished with a modern feel, and has the sun on its terrace all day. Great care has been taken to provide for all our guests requirements. So your home comprises of satellite TV, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, CD-Player, radio/cassette. It also has a newly furnished bathroom suite. Included in the package for our guests is the use of the beautiful heated pool, tennis courts, poolside bar, restaurant, children's play area, and mini market. Most evening's free entertainment is provided, up until 23.00 hours.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please add an extra £25.00 per person per week up to 3 maximum. As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.

    A deposit of £100.00 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please Note; children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.

    Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach Towels are not provided. Please note: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
  • Hire Chairs, Cots and Child Seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item. Car Hire is available please ask for details. Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.

    A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards
