Spacious villa with modern styling. Master bedroom and lounge have very high gabled ceilings creating a very spacious feel. Located in a peaceful resort, only five minutes from the beach and restaurants by car. Excellent place for young couples and families wanting a peaceful holiday. Good choices for places to eat and visit, but if you want a lively holiday this isn’t the location for you. We have endeavoured to make the villa a home, and have everything available for your convenience. Heated pool, washing machine, surround sound flat screen TV with full digital package and DVDs. Dishwasher, amenities for babies. High quality memory foam mattresses. Cotton bedlinen. Outside eating area with a big built in BBQ. Extended large private patio. The villa is quite private compared to many of the others nearby, as it is on the edge of the development and has open views to the sea horizon. We have also had all adjoining lava walls heightened. The villa is located in a quiet development. There is a mixture of residents and holidaymakers. There are views to Montana Roja (dead volcano), which you can see in the background of the photograph. This is a lovely walk to the top, and not as tough as you might think. We are near the sea, and five minutes across open land to the side of the villa, is a coastal walk with dramatic rocky coves and caves. There are amazing sunsets from here. The villa benefits from the breeze coming from the sea, so it never feels hot and uncomfortable as you have a cooling breeze most of the time. The roads are quiet so if you are nervous about driving you shouldn’t have any problems. Everything you need is close by. The villa is on the edge of a residential area, and as a result offers more privacy and views to the seas horizon, unlike other similar villas in the area. There are sea side restaurants, Spa Supermarket, Bakery, General Store. You can walk if you are keen,but it is only a 5 minute drive.

  • All bathrooms are marble throughout. The showers have plenty of oomph, and there is a lockable safe in the cupboard in the master bathroom with a key for your use. Plenty of thick towels are provided, and we also provide some beach towels for you to use. The shower room is a nice large size, with plenty of elbow room.

  • The double bedroom has a leather bed, with luxury memory foam mattress. The bed sheets are a good quality cotton, with blankets and duvets available as necessary. The room has a black out blind to keep it cool during the day. There is also a wall mounted remote control fan. It has a high gabled ceiling with a height of about 12 feet which gives a nice open feeling. There is a double wardrobe, bigger than you would ever need (even my wife cant fill it for two weeks!). We provide a really good hairdryer too, so that you don't have to pack one. The twin bedroom has metal beds, with memory foam mattresses and bed sheets/blankets as mentioned before. A Z bed is also available if you have 3 children. Again, another huge wardrobe. Floor standing chrome fan. Black out blinds. The lounge has a double sofa bed, if you want to sleep an additional 1/2 adults (extra charges apply). If you have kids, the black out blinds between the curtain and the window keep out ALL light and the heat.

Notes: There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep an additional two people. We have young children and have addressed all family needs. We have supplied a microwave baby bottle sterilizer. Baby cot and linen. Black out blind in the bedrooms for total darkness, keeps it nice and cool too. Good quality hairdryer in master bedroom. Safe in bathroom. Fans in all bedrooms. High quality TV and sound system. There are alot of villas that you may have already noticed that look similar to ours. There are a number of things that we have done to differentiate ours: it is on the edge of the development and therefore is much more private and has open views to the seas horizon, others are penned in on all sides. Our adjoining walls are extended for total privacy. We have doubled the size of our patio, as the standard is small. We have used top quality bed linen, mattresses, curtains, pool beds, and outside area. We have landscaped the garden. The pool is heated.
