Las Brisas is a large complex of bungalows originally developed by Wimpey with some of the properties being time-shared. Due to it’s efficient management and superb facilities it has for many years been granted R C I Gold Crown Resort status. The site facilities include a well-stocked shop, snack bar/restaurant and bar plus pool tables all of which are poolside. Seating for family entertainment which takes place several times per week in the evenings is also by the bar area and has been enclosed by glass panels so that it is available for use all year round. There is also a big screen TV for important sports fixtures and a separate games room for children. A children’s playground is located by the pool and tennis courts which are floodlit at night also add to the facilities. The pool area is immense with padded sun loungers and thatched sunshades provided for your comfort. The swimming pool is very large and there is a separate children’s pool, which are both heated.

Playa Blanca is a lovely resort on the south of the island,there are several golden sandy beaches some with water sports, sun loungers and parasols. The unspoilt natural Papagayo beaches are also in close proximity. A promenade runs the full lenght of the resort and makes for a wonderful walk wher you can stop off for coffee or lunch at one of the many water side cafes. Various boat trips leave from the harbour and the new Marina Rubicon has water side bars, cafes, restaurants and a weekly market selling local products.Cycle and car hire is readily available, there is a diving school in resort.

We spent another lovely holiday in this villa - I think for the 7th time! It is decorated to a high standard and is superbly equipped for self catering. A light and airy interior provides a lovely atmosphere. The complex is well run and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Only a 5 minute stroll to the restaurants and bars on the sea front.We hope to return next year!

Excellent property, location and complex. The villa had everything we could need, and more. Decorated and maintained to a high standard. The large terrace was a wonderful place to relax. Complex clean, tidy and well maintained, with lovely heated pool. Staff helpful & friendly.Certainly hope to return.

We had a fab week in your villa at Las Brisas. The villa was wonderful and had everthing you could ask for, including a lovely garden area with plenty of comfortable furniture to relax in, a real home from home. I would certainly recommend this villa and site, ideal for couples or families, and the pool, bar area with entertainment most nights, and a supermarket on site were a bonus. We will certainly be back next year, many thanks for all the advice and information about the area. Brian and Liz
