Situated on the established luxury development of Las Coloradas, this beautiful villa is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday. With its close proximity to the beautiful Papagayo beaches you can enjoy an early morning visit and have the beaches to yourself before anyone arrives! The exclusive Rubicon Marina with it's exclusive shops, restaurants is within 5min drive or 25 minutes walk along the seafront promenade. It also has a bowling alley & mini golf along with tennis courts & water sports facilities. Furnished with all the home comforts, the villa has its own solar heated private pool with Roman steps. It has adequate outdoor door lighting so you are able to dine al fresco. The living room has a TV/video, DVD & stereo CD/Radio. The fully fitted kitchen has a full oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker & dishwasher. There is an enclosed outside area with washing machine. The villa is set in its own private garden with a good size pool.

The villa is in a quiet residential area situated on a cul de sac with private off the road parking. The development is also patrolled regularly by a private security company. There is a small supermarket within 5 minutes walk and a larger Netto within 5 minutes drive. The Rubicon Marina with a good selection bars and restaurants is a mile away by car or a pleasant 15 minute walk along the seafront promenade. There you will also find many designer shops, tennis courts, a bowling alley and mini golf. Boat and fishing trips can also be arranged from there. The villa is close to the beautiful natural beaches of Papagayo which can be reached by car in 5 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. A new shopping centre has recently opened within 5 minutes walk of the villa with a small Sport bar, ice cream parlour and two or three restaurants. There is also a Play area for younger children. The popular tourist Dorada beach is within a 1.5 miles away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown are based on 2 people sharing. The villa sleeps a maximum of 6 people if double sofa bed is used for 2 extra people and we charge an additional £30 per person per week. The pool is heated by solar panels and it is cleaned twice a week to keep the water quality and pool in pristine condition. Bookings are normally Thursday to Thursday but we are flexible and do accept ten day bookings out of peak season. Due to changeovers, the villa is normally available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. Please note, Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge but if you need a cot or highchair these can be hired for an additional charge. Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach towels are not provided.

Notes: Attractive villa set in the exclusive residential development of Las Coloradas which has a 24 hours security patrol. It is in a quiet location close to the Natural beaches of Papagayo. The newly developed exclusive Rubicon Marina is within 5 mins drive. There is a Netto supermarket nearby and a newly developed complex with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The villa is 2km from the centre of Playa Blanca with it's tourist beaches and variety of restaurants and bars. The 7m x 3.5m pool is solar heated and maintained to a high standard with outdoor shower. There is a large patio area and gated garden which is fully planted and incorporating a parking area. It is an ideal villa for couples and families looking to relax and unwind. There is a inner patio area for clothes drying etc. All linen is provided apart from beach towels. We have a small selection of books and video's. The kitchen is fully equipped with various utensils. Cots can be hired by arrangement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Situated in a lovely, quiet location but close enough to the marina and town centre. Would love to return in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Peaceful & Tranquil Accommodation

This is our second visit to this peaceful and tanquil property. If you're looking for peace and quiet, but not far from the bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca, then this villa will be just the thing.
You can relax by or take a dip in the private pool, in the sun (although we had a couple of showers this last visit - though not longer than a few of minutes each shower), or stroll across to the shopping centre (not yet full opened) and enjoy coffee on the plaza.
The villa has everything you need for your home from home in the sun and is ideal for young or the not so young.
It's a great place to stay, good value and we'd recommend it to anyone.

'Just a note to say thanks for the wonderful holiday we had at your lovely villa. It had everything we needed, it was peaceful and relaxing and the weather was fantastic - 80 - 90 every day! We had a couple of trips out but mostly we just relaxed at the villa and tried different restaurants every evening. We just can't wait to go again next year.'

Nice, quiet yet close to the promenade which led into the new marina and onto Playa Blanca itself. Amazing what difference a couple of years has made but all very tastefully done and the marina itself adds real value to the area.
