Casa Fina is an impressive newly developed property only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy Flamingo beach. This large luxurious villa boasts a splendid south facing sun terrace decked out with comfortable sun beds, patio furniture and a traditional Canarian BBQ - perfect for entertaining. The superb private heated pool has its own spa area, which is perfect for you to relax in. Inside the villa is a spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The modern kitchen with marble work top and breakfast bar is fully equipped with all modern conveniences you would expect, including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable leather corner suite, satellite TV, DVD player, VHS player and CD player (DVD's, Videos and CD's not supplied). There are 2 double rooms and 2 twin bedrooms of which 3 lead directly to the sun terrace. The villa has 3 bath/shower rooms.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £100.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child in Total.

    The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £85.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.

    A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.

    As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed
    Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.

    ***Hire Chairs, Cots and Child Seats *** are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.
    We do NOT provide LINEN for the cot, in case of Allergies.
    Clean linen and towels are provided each week. BEACH TOWELS are also provided.

  • A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.

Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday. A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.

Playa Blanca : Playa Blanca is in the southern most part of Lanzarote. In 1994 it was officially declared a Reserve of the BIOSPHERE by UNESCO and more recently was named by the World Health Organisation as the 2nd healthiest place to live in the world. The promenade walk (approximately 4km long) extends from Los Coloradas via the Marina Rubicon to Dorada Beach (Golden Beach) to the centre, (which hosts the smallest of the 3 main beaches) onto the harbour, and finally to Flamingo Beach/ Lagoon and the luxurious Hotel Timanfaya, to the West of the village. Along here are many exciting shops, restaurants and bars that offer a wonderful selection of Canarian merchandise and food - particularly seafood.

We have stayed in many villas in Playa Blanca and this is our favourite!
The villa is very luxuriously furnished with everything you could need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and good restaurants.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend it to anyone, it was perfect!
