Lanzarote villa with heated pool + private terrace with stunning views

This is undoubtedly one of the most impressive Lanzarote villas. Located on the side of the Montana Roja volcano, the view from the sun terrace is truly stunning. Spectacular mountains lie to your left, Playa Blanca town and the sea directly in front, and Fuerteventura to your right - this is one view you can sit and admire for days! The large sun terrace is also completely private and the swimming pool is electrically heated. Other great features outside include the shaded pergola, large 'alfresco' style dining area and large brick barbecue. Inside the villa is equally impressive. The lounge has a wide screen TV with DVD/video and Sky Satellite TV + impressive collection of DVDs and Cd's. Wireless broadband is also free to us. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms are all large. Both double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi baths/showers, the third bathroom a walk in shower. In all, a truly fantastic villa we feel sure you will want to keep coming back to.

The villa is located on the Los Altos de Montana Roja development, a 3 mins drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. The impressive sandy Flamingo beach is a 20 mins walk away and a further 20 mins walk takes you to the town centre. Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort often referred to as the St Tropez of the Canary Islands. It has many fine restaurants and bars along its sea front. This is a resort ideal for couple and families wanting to enjoy the all year round sunshine of the Canaries. Lanzarote is also a beautiful island with lots of sightseeing attractions on offer. If you only visit one thing it must be Timanfaya Park. The live volcano is certainly impressive as it spurts water out as steam and burns hay only a few feet below ground level.
