Casa Princesa I is an elegantly furnished semi detached villa situated in a quiet near central location in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It is located approx 20min walk from the harbour and beach, another 5 min from the main shopping area.

The villa has a private pool, extensive secluded sun terraces, off road parking in a gated driveway.

The dining kitchen is open plan & leads to the lounge & outside covered poolside dining terrace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. There is ample wardrobe space and a security safe. The twin bedroom has mosquito nets & wardrobe. The beautifully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath;vanity unit and hair-dryer for guests use. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Iron and ironing board are provided.

Satellite TV& Radio with English channels; selection of DVDs, Games, Books, & Portable HiFi.

The outside dining area is equipped with patio furniture & BBQ. No smoking policy applies. Not suitable for young children.

Playa Blanca is located at the southern tip of Lanzarote, close to the unbeatable beaches of Papagayo.

The seafront walk extends along the whole village and beyond to the Papagayo beaches. Shops, restaurants, banks, local craft markets, an extensive choice of leisure activities, quiet beaches with breathtaking views to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos together with a top class marina, is what the village of Playa Blanca offers, so you, your family and friends can enjoy a splendid holiday.

Playa Blanca has 3 main beaches; Playa Flamingo, The Town Beach & Playa Dorada; all are within a 5/10 min drive of the villa and are close to facilities, restaurants and supermarkets.

Ferries depart frequently every day to Fuerteventura from the local harbour;as well as the water taxi to the Papagayo beaches.

Casa Princesa I is our family villa. It has been furnished to a high standard with your every need catered for so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. If you are travelling with friends and want to holiday together but not necessarily stay together then we have access to neighbouring villas so you can be next door or within walking distance of each other; contact us for further details. The villa is not considered suitable for young families as the pool is not fenced off. Please note that the pool is only heated during the winter lets between November and March.

No trick photography here - the villa is how it looks on these photos. Everything was spotless, very comfortable, plenty entertainment in the form of dvds, games etc and the girls had fun in the pool while we relaxed in the sunshine. Everything we could have possibly needed was supplied. Would definitely love to holiday here again.

Spanish Relaxation at its very best.

From initial email to arrival at Property was a delight. Informative guides, maps, helpful local points of interest provided in English and Spanish - especially useful when commuting from Airport to Villa via Taxi or Car Hire.
The property itself was exactly as described, fully equiped and in excellent condition with landscaped garden and pool area. BBQ and outdoor dining facilities too.
Meet & Greet Staff, Pool Management and Housekeeping inclusive.
Brilliant will book again - thank you.

Excellent Villa

The villa is immaculate and has everything you could want. Pool small but the benefits of heating and privacy are difficult to overstate. Information provided by owner and the organisation and service provided by Villa maintenance people are top class. It is a 30 min (though not unpleasant) walk to main part of resort, so this should be considered,however a cab is only around 3 euros. Key question should always be 'would i go back' my answer would be 'definately' - most relaxed and stress free holiday i can remember.

superb !!!

We stayed at the Villa early january. Weather was fantastic. The Villa had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Including a lovely heated pool!, The Villa is located in a nice peaceful location a pleasant 15 min stroll into Playa Blanca where you will find many Bars and Restaurants. El Chuleton was our favourite lovely food and very pleasant staff . The Villa is in a good location for exploring the beautiful Island of Lanzarote. Sian the owner was very helpful with information which made our stay even more enjoyable. we hope to return again in the near future
