Finished to a very high standard with marble flooring throughout. The villa comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, both with fully fitted wardrobes and wrought iron beds, tables and matching mirrors. A second family shower room is located off the hallway. A games library can be found in the hallway cabinet with 50+ family games, there is a table tennis table on the terrace, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga and a Ninetendo WII. A Cot/High Chair can be made available at no extra charge. The kitchen comprises extensive work surfaces, cooker/hob, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer and microwave. A washing machine is located in the adjacent utility area. The lounge has a brown chestnut Italian leather suite including a 3 seater sofa, which turns into a second full mattress double bed, leather coffee table, rustic wood side cabinet with Full Sky TV ; DVD's ( Family pack of 50 DVD films) and Broadband WIFO Connection.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour. The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Notes: There are Sun Loungers with Drinks Trays, two tables, two parasols and the garden has a central relaxation area to 'get away from the kids' if and when they are in pool ! The property is completely enclosed using a combination of white-washed walls, volcanic rock walls and smart cedar-wood fencing has been added to ensure privacy and improve security and to prevent little ones from wandering off. Terrace / Patio: French doors from the lounge and a second set in the master bedroom lead to an extended patio, complete with table, chairs and parasol and sun loungers around the private pool. A path from the extended terrace leads to a central relaxation area with a further table/chairs and parasol set in a beautiful landscaped canaries garden. The villa also benefits from having an alfresco dining area with marble table which can seat up to 8 comfortably and BBQ.

Views & Golf: The villa is a short walk from the sea and has fantastic views of Montana Roja making it suitable for couples and families alike. A championship golf course is to be built within a kilometer of the property - at the present time the nearest one is 30 mins by car.
