A games library can be found in the hallway cabinet with over 50 family games and there is a table tennis table on the terrace. A Cot/High Chair can be made available at no extra charge. The kitchen comprises extensive work surfaces, cooker/hob, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer and microwave. A washing machine is located in the adjacent utility area. The lounge has a brown chestnut Italian leather suite including a 3 seater sofa, which turns into a second full mattress double bed, leather coffee table, rustic wood side cabinet with Satellite TV and DVD's (Full Sky package & Family pack of 50 DVD films). The terrace area has been vastly extended around the private pool and there is a separate area in the garden to relax.

• All the above prices are based on two sharing - Add £50 per person if more than two (up to sixth person).
  We will always offer you one child free place, when at least two children are in the party. We sometimes offer discounts if the holiday is within the next six weeks and these are noted above.
  The Hot Tub will be an optional extra.

Terrace / Patio

French doors from the lounge and a second set in the master bedroom lead to an extended patio, complete with table, chairs and parasol and sun loungers around the private pool. A path from the extended terrace leads to a central relaxation area with a further table/chairs and parasol set in a beautiful landscaped canaries garden. The villa also benefits from having an alfresco dining area with marble table which can seat up to 8 comfortably and BBQ.

Views & Golf

The villa is a short walk from the sea and has fantastic views of Montana Roja making it suitable for couples and families alike. A championship golf course is to be built within a kilometer of the property - at the present time the nearest one is 30 mins by car.
