The villa has fantastic sea and mountain views. The inside of the villa is tastefully decorated, the spacious lounge with its high ceiling and marble flooring has a large screen TV , Sky Full Package, DVD and CD player(with 100+DVD & CD's), which you can enjoy whilst relaxing on the sumptuous brown leather furniture. Large double doors lead out onto the south facing sun terrace. Meals can be prepared in our fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, oven, microwave and toaster or you may prefer to have a BBQ at the al-fresco dining area. There are two bathrooms, one has a double walk-in shower and the other is en-suite to the master bedroom which has a bath and a shower. Both are beautifully finished with marble surfaces and tiles. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The twin bedroom has two very good quality large single beds and mattresses. The stunning master bedroom has a beautiful wrought-iron double bed with French doors leading to the pool terrace

Casa Lauremar is south facing with fantastic views of the sea from the sheltered al-fresco dining area, living room and pool terrace. To the rear is an impressive view of Montana Roja (Red Mountain) The garden surrounding the pool terrace has been landscaped with palm trees, and other local plants. It is enclosed by a volcanic wall which makes it safe for children, preventing them from wandering off. The villa is situated in a quiet exclusive residential area 5 mins drive from Playa Blanca or 3 mins from playa flamingo. We are close to the sea and within easy walking distance of the nearest 4* hotels, restaurants, two pubs, bakery and convenience shop. Driving in Lanzarote is easy, therefore car hire is recommended. Alternatively a taxi into Playa Blanca is approx 4 Euros. There are spectacular beaches nearby, in particular Papagayo and Playa Flamingo. The Puerto Rubicon or the pedestrianised shopping precinct in Playa Blanca are ideal places to do some designer shopping.

  • We feel that comfortable beds are an important part of anyone's holiday. There are two bedrooms, both have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space and bedside cabinets, the master have an additional set of drawers. The twin bedroom has two very good quality large single beds and the double has a beautiful wrought-iron bedstead with a very comfortable high quality pocket sprung mattress. For babies we supply a cot and high chair at no extra cost. In the master bedroom you can watch a DVD, Sky Sports or Movies on the New 20' LCD Television

Beautiful villa,so relaxing very easy to drive around lanzarote.You can order a taxi and it would be there in 5 minutes but we enjoyed the villa so much we hardly left it. The pool made our holiday it was so warm and private & watching the sunset over the sea was beautiful.Next visit to Lanzarote we would definately use this vila again.Regular fresh towels and bedding changed, dont usually get that in private villas.Fantastic hol many thanks. Very friendly owner too.
