Outside the villa has a large south-facing, covered columned terrace plus sun terrace and gardens, with views of the sea, the island of Fuerteventura, and to the rear the extinct Montana Roja and Papagayo Mountains. The terrace has a large private pool plus 6 sun beds, a large table with 8chairs and a built-in barbeque. The private driveway can accommodate four cars. The beautifully furnished lounge/dining room leads off the terrace. VERANO offers - Sat TV/Radio, DVD, Video & CD players (film & book library included). The dining table seats 8 people with three 3-seater sofas. For your peace of mind - a secure locking safe is provided in the bedroom. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave & washing machine. Verano is professionally managed with a 24/7 Support Service. Freshly laundered towels & linen are provided.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people. A further charge of £60 per person per week will apply for each additional person (up to a maximum of eight people), children under the age of 2 on the date of travel stay as guests of Lanzarote Villas.
  Bookings are normally from Thursday. Arrival - 4pm to Thursday. Departure - 10am. Other arrival/departure dates may be possible subject to availability - PLEASE CALL.
  The swimming pool is solar heated all year round. But during the winter months the temperature can drop below 20c. To enable a temperature of 24/26c to be maintained we have an electric heat pump. *This is available at an additional cost of £50 per week.
  Booking Conditions: Please confirm your booking by fax, e-mail or letter plus a copy of your holiday insurance.
  A deposit of £200 per week is payable on confirmation of your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. For parties of less than 4 people, we have a special couple’s rate - PLEASE CALL.
  
• Discounts are available for last minute bookings, if your departure is within 2 weeks and we have availability -

  Rates can be subject to change - existing bookings will be honoured at pre-increased prices.
  DISCOUNT FLIGHTS are available from all UK airports.
  CAR HIRE is available at Villa Verano special rates, We can pre-book the car of your choice for collection and return to the airport. Payment is made in full on your arrival at the airport (In Euros or by credit card). Please remember your driving licence.
  As in many area of Lanzarote, including Playa Blanca, Montana Roja is a new and developing area and there may be signs of building activity, the majority of the villas including those either side of Villa Verano are completed. However, we wish to assure our guest that this should not affect your stay.

Lanzarote

The island of Lanzarote is volcanic and much of it consists of the so-called “lunar landscape” with huge lava flows and a very stark appearance. A few of the beaches consist of black volcanic sand; however the majority are fine golden sand. There are three white sand beaches in Playa Blanca, one of these (Playa Flamingo) is a ten minute walk from the villa. There are several more extremely good white sand beaches at Papagayo about 7 km from Playa Blanca. There is a small entrance charge to go to these beaches as they are part of the National Park. A new marina was completed in 2004 between Playa Blanca and Papagayo with a range of designer shops and restaurants. There are also plans to build at least two golf courses on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, the ground works for the first one have already commenced. One of the main attractions of Lanzarote as previously stated is the excellent weather, the island receives very little rain fall (Maximum 35 days per year).
