This self-contained gallery villa called ‘Galleria Jardin’, is situated in Faro Park, approximately 100m from the sea, where you can sit and watch fabulous sunsets. The villa has superb views of the sea, Lobos and Fuerteventura from the bedroom window. There are 2 supermarkets, a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, English cafe, 2 Spanish cafes and 3 bars all within Faro Park area, just a few minutes walk away.

Playa Blanca has in 20 years developed from a little fishing village with only 30 houses into one of the most modern beach resorts in the Canary Islands and has the longest beach promenade in Europe that extends to the new Marina Rubicon which has a charm of its own. There are numerous excellent fish restaurants and many other restaurants serving a variety of cuisines along the seafront where you can sit and look across the sea to Fuerteventura. This southern part of the island has the best beaches namely Papagayo, Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a quiet relaxing atmosphere, which is a contrast to the nightlife of Puerto del Carmen further north. Enjoy a day trip to Fuerteventura. Only 20 minutes ferry trip from Playa Blanca port, disembarking at Corralejo, Fuerteventura. Ferry times available at the port.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Making your Booking
    All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your completed booking form and deposit.

    Provisional Bookings
    We will take provisional bookings by telephone or e-mail. Your selected dates can only be held for five days, by which time your confirmation booking form and deposit to secure them must be received. (If your selected dates are within six weeks of rental start date, only 48hr period will apply).

    Payments
    A deposit of 50% of the full balance is required upon confirmation of booking. The outstanding balance must be received four weeks prior of rental start date. If your booking is made within the four week start date then the full balance must be paid upon confirmation.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure that all payments are received within adequate time, (no reminders are sent).

    A separate cheque of £50.00 will also be requested upon booking to cover any possible damages or breakages. This will not be banked unless necessary. Your cheque will be returned to you on departure if all is well.

    NOTE: We understand that damage and breakages do happen by accident. Please be honest and inform us as soon as possible so we can ensure repairs/replacements are in place before the next occupants.
  • Check In & Out Times
    A key will be available from us (next door) and a location map will be sent to you upon receipt of your final balance.

    Check-in time on arrival 14.00 (2pm). Check-out time on departure 10.00 (10am).

    There is no exception to these times unless prior agreement has been arranged.

    Smoking
    We respectfully advise that smoking is only permitted on the patio and not inside the property. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

    Children & Pets
    This villa is not suitable for children. Strictly no pets.

    Insurance, Flights and Cancellations
    It is the responsibility of the rental occupant to take out travel insurance and to book flights.

    Refunds on cancellations will only be returned if an alternative occupant fills your selected dates.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Flight delays and flight cancellations will not entitle you to a refund.

    Please note we do not accept any liability for the complex or surrounding vicinity.

Front door also leads onto private patio with table, chairs, loungers and has its own outside lighting. We offer a weekly maid service. A special welcome pack can be supplied. An information guide is provided. The Complex has views to sea and swimming pool/gardens. Private parking for one vehicle.

Location: The villa is just 5 minutes drive from the golden sands of Flamingo Beach and only 4km from the centre of Playa Blanca. It is ideally positioned for a quiet and relaxing holiday by the pool or sunbathing on your own private terrace. Only a short distance from Playa Blanca with its many shops, restaurants and bars. As we live in the adjoining villa we can be at hand to give advice or answer any questions.

Playa Blanca Port: At Playa Blanca port there are numerous pleasure craft for hire, plus two ferries that make regular crossings to Fuerteventura.

i needed sometime away from the rat race and found it here in lanzarote.peaceful and quiet , no screaming kids i couldnt have wished for more.the owners have kept the property clean and tidy with all the necessary equiptment to provide a home from home feeling. the grounds around the apartment were well tended and the pool was kept clean. the local shops and resturants provided me everything i needed for my stay and were only a short walk away.i would recommed this apartment to anyone who needs a quiet time away from eveything...
