Villa Rosa Roja Is a luxury villa completed in January of 2006 and is situated on Aguamarina, the closest to the sea of all the developments on Faro Park. The Villa benefits from sea views across the straights of La Bocaina to Fuerteventura. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, the master bedroom being en-suite and with french doors out to the pool and terrace area. There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower. The lounge is equipped with twin leather settees, together with Satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system and a selection of DVDs, books and games for the use of the guests. There is a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave and a washing machine is located in the solana. The alfresco dining area can comfortably seat up to 10 people at a beautiful marble table and there is a barbecue for those relaxing meals by the pool. The private swimming pool is electrically heated to ensure that it is perfect for use all year round.

Playa Blanca is the sunniest and most southerly resort on the island of Lanzarote. It boasts many fine golden sandy beaches with placid waters and a beautiful promenade bordered by picturesque restaurants and bars. Stretching from the new Marina Rubicon towards the old fishing harbour of Playa Blanca then on to the Pechiguera Lighthouse. Playa Blanca is situated on the southern tip of the island , approximately a 30 minute drive from the airport . It benefits from the best weather on the island and superb views over the straits of La Bocaina to Fuerteventura. The origins of the fishing village it once was are still in evidence and provide the resort with a heart and character . There is a laid back and relaxed atmosphere, with the focus on the nightlife being in the restaurants and local bars.

We have now stayed in the Villa Rosa Roja twice and are booked for a third time this coming January. That in its self is surely a recommendation! The villa is situated in a high quality developement a bit away from the main resort, this in ur opinion makes it a perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday. If you want the night life of Playa Blanca it's a reasonably priced friendly taxi drive away, that is if you don't want to drive. During the day it's a lovely walk along the promenade to Playa Flamingo & if you are not in any hurrry a pleasant stroll into the town.
The Villa itself is beautiful & kept to an imaculate standard. It has all you need to self cater, relax by the stunning pool, barbecue or just laze away a balmy evening with a sundowner (or two) by the pool.
As you might have guessed already we are great fans & can't recommend it highly enough, by the way a car is a good idea as there are loads of places to explore & for the more intrepid the on the doorstep volcano(extinct) is a pleasant & exciting half day walk.
