Villa Trumar was built five years ago and offers truly beautiful accommodation and is furnished to a high standard providing all the comforts of home. The Villa is located on the very popular Faro Park and has sea views. A stunning feature of the property is the fabulous heated swimming pool and waterfall which has recently been completed. The Villa is very well equipped and comfortable and is sure to provide you with a wonderful base from which to enjoy your holiday. Outside, the Villa has a covered seating area with a large marble table which you can seat at least eight people around and an impressive barbeque. There is a further patio area which then leads to the pool area and garden with ample sun loungers and chairs.

Villa Trumar is located on the complex of Faro Park and is approximately 100 metres from the sea. There is a small selection of restaurants and bars together with a supermarket, bakery and cafe within a five minute walk from the villa. Playa Blanca town centre is just 10 minutes away by car and boasts a very wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars to suit everyone's taste. The front is populated with some wonderful beaches including Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo and the breathtaking coves of Papagayo (just five minutes from the town centre). The area is predominantly flat although access to Papagayo beaches can be quite steep.

The first thing about booking this villa is the wonderful communication you get from Mark, the owner-- we always felt confident that we'd picked the right villa for our first stay in Lanzarote. The villa is exactly as described- and more! It is in a very quiet area, which suited us as a family however I suspect the 21 year old daughter might have wished it was nearer the nightlife. The pool in the garden was beautiful and we also used the bigger swimming pool in the complex for swimming some serious lengths-- Faro Park is home to lots of British people who we found were very friendly, we felt very safe and we that if we had had a problem we could have found someone who could help.
I would recommend the property- and if we go back to Lanzarote we'll like to go back to Villa Trumar
