The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket and a taxi rank nearby. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with a private pool and unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. This villa has just been extensively refurbished with a new kitchen (granite work surfaces) new bathrooms, re-tiling throughout, new contemporary furniture and furnishings. The lighting throughout has also been upgraded. The large static shaded outdoor dining table will seat about 15 people and looks directly over the figure of eight shaped pool and there is a built in barbecue by the side. A truly stunning property with amazing views offering privacy, peace and tranquility.

This villa has a very tranquil setting looking over Playa Blanca and across the sea to Fuertaventura. Two 4 star hotels are within a 10 minute walk of the property where there is evening entertainment or use of the restaurant facilities. The promenade which runs from end to end of the resort can be picked up there and it makes a wonderful walk stopping off for coffee or lunch as you go. There are several golden sandy beaches some with sun loungers, parasols and water sports and there is a diving school. A market is held Saturdays and Wednesdays where local products can be bought. Various boat trips are available from the harbour, car and cycle hire is readily available.

Notes: The lounge has a large picture window looking onto the terrace and views over Playa Blanca and across the sea to Fueteventura and Los Lobos. There is a door from the lounge onto the terrace and pool area. Sun loungers and a patio set all with thick comfortable cushions are situated on the terrace and also a large parasol. The main entrance to the house is at the rear into a small vestibule. From the lounge there is an archway into the dining room which is circular and again has the same wonderful views. The dining room leads into the kitchen which is completely fitted with separate oven, microwave oven, hob and fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The kitchen door leads out onto the dining area of the terrace which is very convenient. Satellite TV, video and DVD, CD player are available in the lounge for your entertainment.

Well equipped,spacious,steep hill so need car

We rented this villa in August 2008.Its spacious,well equipped,nice view,modern,clean,quiet location.Managers Roy & Yvonne were helpful & friendly.
Only problem were all 4 single beds made creaky noise all night long.
Mosquitoes & ants were clever so be prepared.
Car is needed as its location has lots of uphill walk,walk to town takes 1/2 hour at least.Rented a car saved us so much on excursions costs,entrance fees for all the sightseeing places were surprisingly cheap.Parking everywhere was free in Blanca.
Mount Roja behind the villa is a crater,must go!
Beautiful Lanzarote,very nice villa,great naturally creations(volcanoes),good weather,wide roads little traffic,non expensive....very happy holiday,may go back again.
