The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket and a taxi rank nearby.It has recently been completely refurbished with new tiling throughout, new bathroom, new kitchen and modern furniture. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fueteventura.

The location of this villa is ideal for guests requiring privacy and relaxation, it is set in a residential area of Playa Blanca approximately 15 minutes walk to the beach or 10minutes walk to two four star hotels where you can make use of their nightly entertainment or their restaurants. Playa Blanca is a lovely laid back cosmopolitan resort with a promenade running from end to end which makes a wonderful walk with stop offs for coffee or lunch. The harbour has a regular ferry service to Fuerteventura and various boat trips, the new Marina Rubicon has quality shops and restaurants plus a weekly market. There is a diving school in resort and cycle or car hire is readily available to go further afield.

Notes: There is a large terrace with patio set and sun loungers all with thick comfortable cushions, and the most spectacular views. The patio is secluded and is not seen from the main house it also has a roofed area for dining or lounging. The property has been re-furbished including newly fitted kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms plus a washing machine. The main door leads directly into the lounge which is comfortably furnished and has a large picture window to enjoy the views. From the lounge there is a circular dining area also with views, leading through into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. Replacement windows and door have been installed.

Villa was spotlessly clean, well maintained, roomy and with superb sea views. (As Described)
Roy and Yvonne of Lanzarote Villa Minders were most helpful.
Would definately recommend this property to a friend. But note there is an uphill climb from seafront and restaurants.
Lanarote First are very efficient and friendly to deal with.
We thoroughly enjoyed the walks in and around Playa Blanc and the superb beaches in the Papagayo area.
We can recommend the restaurants near the villa particularly Argentina Steak House and Transylvania Restaurant.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Holiday and would choose to stay at this location in future.

The property details and photographs were spot on. We had a very relaxing time, with superb views across the straits looking towards Fuertoventura. The villa was immaculate and a real credit to the couple who maintain it on behalf of the owners - they were very helpful about places to eat and visit. The location in a residential area was quiet, and convenient for the local town and beaches.
It was our first time in Lanzarote and we were impressed with the scenery, the cleanliness of the streets and the friendliness of the locals. We recommend the villa and the island. Visit El Golfo and the national park - the first for it's superb fish restaurants, the second for the volcanic landscape.
