Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up. Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool. If you like being closer to the pool but without being splashed then this is an ideally located villa for you. It is on the flat and about 50 metres from the pool and 100 metres to the reception building. This villa has recently been extensively refurbished with re-tiling throughout, new plumbing, electrics, new kitchen with granite work surface, new bathrooms with modern sanitary ware, new furniture/furnishings giving this property a very contemporary theme.

A superb location for a relaxing holiday where you can do as much or as little as you like. Great beaches with sun loungers, parasols and water sports, various boat trips depart from the harbour as does a regular ferry service to Fuerteventura. There is a wonderful walk along the promenade which stretches from one end of Playa Blanca to the other with stop offs for coffee or lunch in the many waterside restaurants and cafes along the way. The new Marina Rubicon has quality shops and restaurants and a weekly market selling local products. Car and cycle hire are readily available to travel further afeild. There is a diving school in resort.

The place to stay !

The location of this villa & its layout is ideal for any age group.
Since changing to new cleaning contract everything has greatly improved to a very high standard.
The owners provide a good customer service & are eager to help in anyway they are able.
I would recomend this property to my friends.
I cannot recomend any specific restaurants as we had several take-aways, as we were so layed back we could not dress up to dine out !

This was our third time at Casas Del Sol with Lanzarote First. The complex is ideally situated and spaciously laid out as is the villa. It is well furnished inside and out and we enjoyed our bbq's! The pool is large and never too busy, our children 15 and 11, as always, made friends which means we had a wonderful relaxing holiday!
We love Playa Blanca and Casas Del Sol and will be returning soon.
