Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up. Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool. The outlook from the patio of this villa is onto the garden area and on the patio there is a patio set and sun loungers with comfortable cushions. The pool is approximately 200 metres away to the rear of the villa. It has been extensivley refurbished including re-tiling throughout, new lighting, new bathroom, new kitchen with granite work surface, new furniture and furnishings. The style of this villa is contemporary and stylish with comfort as a main priority.

Playa Blanca is a lovely relaxing resort by the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. It has much to offer but the atmosphere is very relaxed, there are great beaches with sun loungers and parasols with water sports on some of the beaches. Also only a short trip by road or boat to the unspoilt papagayo beaches plus there are various other boat trips leaving from the harbour along with the regular ferry service to Fuerteventura.. A wonderful leisurely walk can be taken along the the promenade which stretches from one side of the resort to the other with stop offs along the way in one of the many water side cafes for coffee or lunch. The new marina Rubicon has a good selection of quality shops and restaurants plus a weekly market selling local products.Cycle or car hire is available and there is a diving school.

Excellent little villa - ideal for a couple and maybe two children.
Ideal location with shops and restaurants no more than 5 mins away.
Complex well maintained and well supervised swimming pool.
Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family
