Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up. Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool. This is delightful villa in an elevated position with sea glimpses. This property is popular with young and old alike as it has such a pretty covered patio with patio set and sun loungers with comfortable cushions and a barbecue.It has been extensively refurbished including re-tiling throughout, new lighting, new modern fitted kitchen with granite work surface, new bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfort is a priority without sacrificing style.

Nearest Airport: Arrecife at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500 Metres
Playa Blanca is a lovely resort with key features such as the harbour and the village centre which give it character. Although relaxation is integral to this resort there are many activities/attractions if you wish to partake. From the harbour a regular ferry service operates to Fuerteventura and there are also various other boat trips you can take from the harbour including a water taxi to the unspoilt Papagayo beaches. The new Marina Rubicon has a good selection of quality shops and restaurants plus a weekly market selling local products. A wonderful scenic coastal walk can be taken along the promenade which runs from one end of Playa Blanca to the other with stop offs for coffee or lunch along the way. Cycle or car hire is available to travel further afield and a bus service links the resort with Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife.

Lovely villa and complex

We had a lovely week at this villa and very grateful that we could book in a day earlier. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. We even had small view of the sea if we moved the outside furniture. Would definately recommend it. My brother and his wife were so impressed when they visited us from their complex that they will book Casas del Sol next year. Thanks again.
