Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up. Part of the complex is on the flat and part on a gentle incline providing some properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool.

This is a superb villa in a fantastic location on the complex as it is in an elevated position on the perimeter of the complex with wonderful sea views. It has an enlarged patio which faces due south with gardens directly in front of it. Complete refurbishment has recently taken place including re-tiling, new lighting, new bathroom, new kitchen, new furniture/furnishings,all doors & windows have been replaced with security chains & mosquito nets on bedroom windows. Comfort and style are key features in this villa.

Nearest Beach : beach at 500 Metres

A perfect location for a relaxing holiday but there are various activities to do if so desired. From the harbour a regular ferry service operates to and from Fuerteventura along with other boat trips including a water taxi to the Papagayo beaches. Taking a walk along the wonderful coastal promenade which runs form one end of resort to the other and stopping off for coffee or lunch is a popular pastime. There are several golden sandy beaches in Playa Blanca some with water sports, sun loungers and parasols, a diving school operates from the Flamingo beach. Cycle and car hire are available to travel further afield and there is a bus service linking the resort to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife. The new marina Rubicon has a good selection of quality shops and restaurants plus a weekly market selling local products.

A very well run, quiet and clean, complex. Really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy to get to local shops etc and convenient for public transport. Villa was everything we wanted.

a week in the sun

Just returned from aweek at this villa at Casas del sol.My wife and I had a really relaxing time and came home totally refreshed.We last visited this complex some 22 years ago and we are both pleased to say that it is still as charming now as it was then although Playa Blanca has of course been developed during that time.The property is well situated and equipped and we found the area to be very quiet during the night with no loud music within earshot and very minimal traffic noise.We certainly can reccomend this villa and in fact the whole area and are already considering another visit in 2011

Wonderful Holiday in a lovely location

We have stayed in various bungalows at the Casa Del Sol complex several times before. This particular bungalow we believe is one of the best positioned, peaceful and relaxed but close to all amenities.

Maintainance and customer services were excellent and provided by a pleasant and very helpful team.

We will be returning again for a longer holiday at the end of this year.

We can recommend this clean well maintained property to all who enjoy a relaxed holiday.

property is clean and the office staff and maintenance team friendly and efficient.
we had views out to sea from the front
it was very peaceful on the site. the pool and all areas were clean.
we had a very restful holiday and hope to go back soon.
