Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up. Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool. This is a superb villa in a fantastic location on the complex as it is in an elevated position on the perimeter of the complex with wonderful sea views. The enlarged patio faces due south with gardens directly in front of it and then a view across the harbour to Fueteventura. Complete refurbishment has recently taken place including re-tiling, new lighting, new bathroom, new kitchen, new furniture/furnishings. Comfort and style are key features in this villa.

Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres
A perfect location for a relaxing holiday but there are various activities to do if so desired. From the harbour a regular ferry service operates to and from Fuerteventura along with other boat trips including a water taxi to the Papagayo beaches. Taking a walk along the wonderful coastal promenade which runs form one end of resort to the other and stopping off for coffee or lunch is a popular pastime. There are several golden sandy beaches in Playa Blanca some with water sports, sun loungers and parasols, a diving school operates from the Flamingo beach. Cycle and car hire are available to travel further afield and there is a bus service linking the resort to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife. The new marina Rubicon has a good selection of quality shops and restaurants plus a weekly market selling local products.

Lovely Bungalow

We have just returned from Casas Del Sol having spent two weeks in this lovely bungalow. The accommodation was excellent - plenty of room for 4 adults & we consider this bungalow to have one of the best positions on the complex. Very quiet with masses of outside space, sun loungers, BBQ etc. The internal furnishings were of a high standard & towels/bed linen were changed regularly not by the complex services but by a great couple who look after this bungalow & several others.Casas del Sol has very lush grounds with a great pool which is never busy. Great selection of local restaurants & close to the main street for shopping. 2 great supermarkets within walking distance.
We will certainly be returning here next year.

wonderful 2 weeks found property clean well maintained lovely position overlooking gardens and harbour few minutes walk from town yet really peaceful and relaxing, would certainly recommend it.we will certainly be going again in the near future
