We are delighted to be able to offer you the chance to stay in a wonderful modern 4 bedroom villa in Playa Blanca which ticks all the boxes. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential cul de sac just a short 6/7 mins walk to the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach where there are a whole host of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets; a further 10/12 minute walk to the resort centre; stunning sea views to Fuerteventura; private electrically heated swimming pool with large private south facing sun terraces; hot tub jacuzzi; very spacious rooms throughout; air conditioning in the double bedrooms; luxuriously furnished; traditional barbecue; safe; satellite TV with BBC and ITV so no need to miss your soaps!, DVD, HiFI; hairdryer etc.; mature garden; and private parking. Not much else you´ll need for the perfect holiday, is there? Just the sun, and we can guarantee that too! You´ll find it very difficult to find a better located and equipped 4 bedroom villa for the price in the resort. Enjoy!

Upmarket Playa Blanca, the sunniest and most southerly resort, boasts many fine golden sandy beaches with placid waters, and a beautiful promenade lined with a whole range of cafes and wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes. The stunning new marina has more waterfront cafes and restaurants. The pedestrianised village has supermarkets and many excellent shops, and there is a market held every Saturday morning. Regular boat trips run from the harbour, just a short walk from the villa, as well as ferries making the short 20 minute trip to Fuerteventura.
